Chapter 484 His fever spiked again

Suddenly he remembered that when he was in the bathtub, the water there seemed to flow continuously, creating a stark contrast with the cold water in the bathtub.

His lips and tongue suddenly left, and Su Ping was still a little unaccustomed to it. Then she felt him pull the blanket covering the two of them aside.

She suddenly had a bad feeling.

The next second, Song Qi straightened up, lowered his head, and stared at her with a deep gaze.

Su Ping followed his gaze and quickly grabbed a pillow from the side to cover herself.

Because his tongue had gone numb from being sucked, he could barely speak.

"What are you looking at?"

Song Qi blinked, then suddenly frowned.

After removing the unsightly pillow, he looked at Su Ping and murmured, "I'm so thirsty..."

Su Ping realized something was wrong and rolled over, trying to get out of bed on the other side: "Wait a minute, I'll go downstairs and get you some water."

But before she could even get out of bed, he grabbed her waist from behind and pulled her back.

Su Ping fell back onto the soft bed and tried to sit up, but Song Qi pressed her back down first.

He looked at Su Ping, his eyes holding an inscrutable and strange expression: "But I want to drink it now."

Now? Didn't she let him drink all the water? Where is she going to find him more water?

You can't exactly go into the bathroom and get toilet water for him to drink.

The next second, he lifted a corner of her silk nightgown.

Looking at her smooth, jade-like skin, Song Qi suddenly felt even thirstier.

At the critical moment, Su Ping's cell phone rang.

Looking at Song Qi who was so close to her, she pushed his head with her hand and said with a sigh of relief, "Stop messing around, quickly help me get my phone."

Song Qi looked at the phone that had interrupted him with some annoyance, but still obediently reached out to take the phone from her.

Just as he reached out his hand, Su Ping seemed to have thought of something and quickly got up and grabbed him.

Song Qi turned his head to look at her, somewhat puzzled, wondering why she had suddenly stopped him again.

"You have a fever, you should rest and rest. I'll get it myself."

Fortunately, when she called the family doctor, she had set a ten-minute alarm, otherwise she really wouldn't have had an excuse to stop him now.

Song Qi saw her attempt to cover up her misunderstanding, nodded calmly, and obediently lay back down on the other side of the bed.

Su Ping coughed twice to make herself appear more confident.

After getting the phone, she saw the alarm clock ringing, glanced at Song Qi who was staring at her from the bed, and said, "I'm going to answer the phone now, so don't make a sound."

Without waiting for Song Qi's reply, she slid her phone alarm to the side and then held it to her ear.

She was afraid that if she didn't set the alarm soon, it would stop on its own.

Faced with Song Qi's gaze beside her, Su Ping could only grit her teeth and continue the one-way conversation on her phone.

From initial restraint to gradually letting loose, she had an inspiration and created the identity of a young child on the other end of the phone who missed her and wanted her to put him to sleep.

Song Qi didn't interrupt her, and just lay there quietly listening to her tell her story.

He was a little curious as to why she had so many strange and unusual ideas in her head.

She started as a little match girl, then at midnight she became Cinderella going to a ball, and when she came back she became Snow White who ate a poisoned apple and fell into a coma.

After talking for several minutes, Su Ping felt her mouth getting dry, so she pretended to say into the phone, "Sister, go downstairs and get some water before you come back and continue..."

Before he could finish speaking, the phone screen pressed against his ear suddenly lit up, and the familiar ringtone sounded again.

Oh no, she was in such a hurry to turn off the alarm that she seems to have accidentally switched to the "reminder later" setting.

Five minutes have passed, and the alarm clock has sounded again.

Su Ping froze as she was about to get out of bed, instinctively looking at Song Qi behind her.

Song Qi had sat up at some point and was now looking at her with a half-smile.

Those eyes were clearly smiling, but Su Ping saw the calm before the storm, which sent a chill down her spine.

Before she could react, Song Qi had already reached out and quickly taken her phone.

After glancing at his phone screen, Song Qi's smile became even stranger.

"Senior, I'm the one with the fever, so how come you're the one who's confused?"

Su Ping's heart skipped a beat as she listened to him continue, "Why are you having auditory hallucinations? Let me take your temperature to see if you have a fever too."

After Song Qi finished speaking, he turned off his phone screen, then grabbed Su Ping's arm and pulled her back onto the bed with a slight effort.

Su Ping quickly pressed down his hand, which was trying to peel off her clothes, and hurriedly explained, "The phone call just ended, I don't have a fever, you don't need to check me!"

She should have gone downstairs earlier, otherwise she wouldn't have been caught red-handed just as she was about to go downstairs.

Song Qi was a little angry, and he became even angrier when he thought that she had set an alarm clock to guard against him.

Does she really not want me to touch her?

They really went to great lengths.

Thinking this, he looked at her delicate collarbone and bit down on it.

Su Ping groaned and patted his head, but it was no use.

His teeth were clenched with a bit of force, as if he was determined to leave a mark on it.

The nightgown had thin straps to begin with, and with a gentle flick of his wrist, it slipped off her shoulder.

Suddenly, the scenery on her chest became faintly visible, and the red mole could be seen in the shadows.
