Chapter 126 How dare you call someone "sister"?

"My sister doesn't like you."

Tie Niu frowned and stood in front of Su Ping, coldly staring at Yun Qi in front of him.

For some reason, he really disliked the way this person looked at his sister.

"How dare you call me 'sister'?"

Yun Qi grabbed his collar, feeling like she was about to explode with anger.

This guy, who seems to have appeared out of nowhere, looks quite old, yet he's still calling everyone "sister," isn't he ashamed!

Seeing that the two were about to fight, Su Ping quickly separated them.

"Don't come to my doorstep to cause trouble if you're sick. I don't welcome you. Get out!"

Su Ping shoved Yun Qi away, and Yun Qi staggered back several steps, looking at her with a hurt expression.

"Senior, you pushed me because of him?"

"So what? We haven't had anything to do since the night I found out you lied to me. What's wrong with you now?"

Su Ping sneered at him, her words showing no mercy whatsoever.

Yun Qi seized on the key words in her words, his eyes reddening as he grabbed her shoulders and questioned, "It has nothing to do with me? Then who do you want to have something to do with, him!"

Su Ping slapped his hand away and gave him a slap across the face.

"Do you think everyone is as despicable as you? He's just my younger brother. What do you take my feelings for you for?"

Seeing her eyes filled with tears, Yun Qi didn't bother to cover his face and stepped forward to hug her: "Senior, I was wrong. I shouldn't have said that. Please don't cry, okay?"

Su Ping shoved him away and shouted, "Get out of here! I don't want to see you!"

Yun Qi stood there, stunned, somewhat regretting the words he had just spoken.

Tie Niu looked at Su Ping, who was crying, somewhat at a loss, and then turned to look at Yun Qi with eyes that seemed to want to kill him.

"Let's go."

Su Ping wiped away her tears with the back of her hand, turned around and entered the gate without looking back.

Yun Qi was left watching their retreating figures, bewildered in the wind.

With another thunderous roar, the rain finally poured down after many days of sunshine.

[Host, it's raining outside.]

As the voice of the Calabash Brothers rang out, Su Ping wiped away her tears and calmed herself down.

I know, I'm not deaf.

Yun Qi remained standing in the rain, motionless.

Su Ping paused for a moment before going upstairs. If he wanted to get wet in the rain, she would let him. She was someone who believed in not taking away other people's hobbies.

"elder sister."

As they went up the stairs, Tie Niu, who had been following behind her, suddenly reached out and took her little finger.

"Um?"

As soon as Su Ping turned around, she was embraced in a warm hug, and she could hear his strong heartbeat in her ear.

"Sister, be good, don't cry."

Tie Niu's attempts to appease Su Ping were somewhat awkward and clumsy, but he still tried his best to pat Su Ping's shoulder to make his behavior seem more reasonable.

What's with this motherly air about him? Where did he learn it from?

Su Ping was both amused and exasperated, and lifted her head from his embrace.

She noticed that he was also looking down at her, with a happy expression on his face.

My sister smiled; it seems his method worked.

Su Ping stepped out of his embrace. What's wrong with this kid? He's so young and already knows how to flirt.

"Tie Niu, boys and girls should keep their distance. You can't just hug girls like that."

As they spent more time together, Su Ping subconsciously began to treat him like a six-year-old child.

Tie Niu looked at her with some confusion, tilted his head and said, "But you're the older sister, is that not allowed either?"

Su Ping shook her head, indicating that it was no good.

Then I saw the expression on Tie Niu's face quickly fall.

This child really wears every expression on his face.

Because Tie Niu was standing on the two steps below, Su Ping easily reached out and rubbed his head.

Seeing him squint his eyes with a look of satisfaction, just like a cat.

"Alright, it's getting late. Go back to your room, wash up, and go to bed."

When Tie Niu saw her turn and go upstairs, he subconsciously touched his head, where his sister's warmth still seemed to linger.

He cherished it and liked it very much.

Outside, Yun Qi, who had been standing in the rain for an hour, looked at the light in Su Ping's bedroom and then looked away in disappointment, feeling a void in his heart.

In the past, my senior would never let herself get soaked in the rain like this, and even when she held an umbrella, it would always be tilted towards her side.

Is he really going to lose her?

The rain was still falling, dripping onto his face and sliding down his chin. His eyes stung, and for a moment he couldn't tell if it was tears or rain.

Half an hour later, the black car drove away with its lights on through the rain, and the rainy night returned to tranquility.

A rain shower can wash away a lot of things, that's for sure.

The next day, Su Ping heard from Huluwa that after being caught in the rain for an hour and a half the night, Yun Qi developed a fever in the middle of the night and was rushed to the hospital for an antipyretic injection.

[Host, why is your reaction so calm?]

Su Ping lifted her eyelids slightly. What should her reaction be? Should she buy a speaker and go to the hospital to play good luck aloud?

First of all, his fever was not caused by himself. He was willing to get caught in the rain and caught a cold. What does it have to do with her?

Mo Ruinan's art exhibition is already in the works, and I messaged her this morning asking her to come over and help out.

When Su Ping went out, she saw the tail following behind her and stopped to warn him: "You're not allowed to follow me today. You stay home and play quietly. If you behave well, I'll bring you a little cake when I get back."

After much persuasion, Tie Niu finally agreed.

He hid behind the door and watched Su Ping's car leave before reluctantly coming out to see the taillights of the car disappear from sight.

Just as he was about to leave, somewhat bored, a car parked not far away drove towards him.

Tie Niu subconsciously looked back, only managing to see the open car door and a hand sticking out from inside.

After a sharp pain in his arm, he felt his eyelids getting heavier and heavier.

Whether it was the familiar medication or not, a number of images and memories about himself suddenly flooded his mind.

Before closing his eyes, he forced his head to stay open and took one last look in the direction of his home; the door was finally getting further and further away from him.

He won't be able to eat the cake his sister bought. His sister is such a crybaby, I wonder if she'll cry when she comes back and finds him gone?

While stuck in traffic, Su Ping suddenly felt a pang of anxiety. She couldn't help but pat her chest and take a deep breath. Could it be that she had been staying up too late reading novels and not getting enough sleep?

The red light quickly turned green. Su Ping didn't have time to think about it anymore and started the car, heading towards the address on the map.

Mo Ruinan declined the collaboration invitation from the Central Art Museum and instead rented another venue to hold her exhibition.

The location was quite convenient and easy to find. About forty minutes later, Su Ping arrived at the place marked on the map.

Looking at the open glass door in front of her, Su Ping sent a message to Mo Ruinan. Mo Ruinan replied quickly, telling her to just go in.
