Inside the police station.
The Sheriff of Denton is a legendary rank druid.
His handsome appearance, pointed ears, and long legs propped up on the desk all speak volumes about his lineage.
Standing in front of his desk was the guild master of the Mage Guild, whose face was ashen.
"Elf, I'm warning you one more time!"
"Do not attempt to make enemies of the Mage Guild."
The guild leader of the Mage's Guild had a gloomy face, which, combined with his hooked nose, made him look even more sinister.
The seated druid simply raised his hand, picked up a cup of warm black tea, and slowly blew on the rising steam.
"You!!" The guild master of the magic guild suddenly stood up.
Almost simultaneously, the leisurely sitting elven druid transformed into a giant owl-bear.
With its gaping maw wide open, it roared—!!!
Li Aili saw that the owl bear's saliva had sprayed all over the face of the magic guild master.
The president is not a novice monk at the gate.
He didn't even use the staff that aided his spellcasting; his lips moved as he rapidly chanted the incantation.
In just one second, the guild leader successfully chanted the intermediate fire wall spell.
“Kang—” Li Aili uttered a single syllable.
The mage's incantation was too fast.
Just as the magic was about to be cast, the owl-bear raised its paw high and slammed it down hard.
In a flash, Li Aili saw Xiao Xiong slap the Magic Guild Master across the face.
They managed to spin him like a top, making him spin around in place more than a dozen times.
The wall of fire spun out diagonally.
Conrad stepped forward and casually slapped the intermediate-level fire wall twice, as if extinguishing a small flame.
Li Aili: "..."
"President!!!"
A large group of mages standing behind the Magic Guild Master instantly drew their wands.
Some even pulled out magic scrolls.
A major battle was about to break out.
Li Aili silently reached for the water bottle beside her with one hand.
In an instant, the kettle transformed into a bottle of ice potion.
She picked up the ice potion without making a sound.
If that doesn't work, lock the magicians in the 'refrigerator' to let them calm down.
Just as a conflict was about to erupt, the space fluctuated, and two figures appeared in the small office of the police chief.
"stop!"
"stop!"
The two voices spoke in unison.
The Archmage Falio Macaron arrived at almost the same time as the Lord of Denton.
Lord Denton narrowed his eyes slightly, sizing up the mages who were besieging his chief of security.
Then, he looked at the Archmage Falio Macaron, who had arrived at the same time as him.
"Ha." Lord Danton gripped the hilt of his greatsword. "Is the Magic Guild planning to conquer my Danton City?"
When Falio arrived and heard this, his face turned green.
"What the hell!"
"Who's spreading rumors? Mages will always be friends of the Tankar elves!" said the mage, Macaron, with a resounding voice.
Lord Denton raised his greatsword and pointed it at the magic guild master who was covering his face.
He asked with a smile on his face, "So, what is this thing?"
Macaron: "..."
'Things' Guild Leader: "..."
At this moment, Li Aili stepped forward and smoothed things over: "Mr. Macaron."
"Lord Denton."
When Lord Denton saw that it was Li Aili, his sharp features softened. "Miss Aili."
Li Aili: "City Lord."
"Thank you for the messenger bird for bringing the news. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known that my hometown was almost destroyed."
Falio Macaron's eyelids twitched.
She secretly glared at the junior president, whose face was swollen like a pig's head.
Why can't you hire anyone?
You dare to provoke the Tankar elves!
“I don’t know the specifics either,” Li Aili said.
Li Aili frankly stated, "I received a message out of the blue, and since the situation was urgent, I immediately sent a letter to Mr. Macaron asking for help."
"When I arrived here, I saw that the president of the Mage Guild and the hall master had a conflict."
"Lambis," Lord Denton said coldly.
Soon, the giant owl-bear transformed back into an elegant elf. "Lord, just as this young lady said."
Macaron seized on a 'little slip' in Li Aili's words, "Wait, who started it?"
Li Aili and Lambis: "Magicians".
Macaron: "..."
He then asked, "Was there a verbal conflict? Who spoke first?"
Li Aili and Lambis: "Magicians".
The Holy Mage slowly turned his head, his gaze turning grim as he looked at the guild leader of the Danton Mage Guild, whose face had turned pale and then red.
"Him! Me!"—the president's integrity.
But upon closer reflection, what the other person said is indeed true.
Macaron took a deep breath. "Gentlemen, would you like to speak to me privately?"
...
The sheep thief, Celia, had a fat sheep he had just stolen from the farm in his mouth.
His brother Quintocart watched with disgust as the 'sheep thief' devoured his food.
The sheep thief ended the sheep's life and immediately began to feast on it.
As he tore at the mutton with his sharp teeth, he didn't forget to ask his brother, who was about to explode with anger, "Quintuart, are you really not going to get a plump lamb?"
Quintukart laughed in exasperation.
"And then, like you, after leaving the lair, will you receive such a 'glorious' title?"
He gritted his teeth, his voice escaping from between them, “'Sheep thief,' you’ve really made Red Dragon proud.”
That's right. Because he was hungry after leaving his den, Seriris stole countless fat sheep from the farm.
