Chapter 116 Code

The person was stunned.

The demon was stunned.

The dragon was the most confused.

Meow meow meow?! Something doesn't feel right to me!?

Serria twisted her neck, shivering, to examine her entire body.

Its tail is glittering gold.

Claws, shiny.

The back is so yellow it's blinding!

After reading it, Celia closed his eyes, lay down on the ground, and died peacefully.

"Ah, what's with this dragon?" Li Aili was startled.

I almost doubted what was wrong with my bio-alchemy.

Conrad quickly stepped forward and looked around.

He pried open her eyelids, opened her mouth to look at her tongue, and did it with the skill of a seasoned dragon breeder.

"It's nothing, it's probably just that I'm so happy to have turned into a golden dragon."

Upon hearing this, the 'peaceful' Celia suddenly raised his head, his dragon eyes wide open, staring at Conrad, who was talking nonsense with a straight face.

That gaze seemed to say: Old man! Are you even speaking human language?!

The shopping festival wasn't over yet, and the Duchess of Emerald Valley was very busy. She glanced at her pocket watch and checked the time.

"Alright, I'll leave this to you. I'll go check on the situation in the city."

Previously, the dragon bravely fought in the pumpkin patch, causing the ground to tremble frequently.

It certainly gave some of the guests who came to participate in the shopping festival a fright.

But the city was fortunate to have a man named Ba Jin.

This guy's bull-like eyes darted around, and he grabbed an arcane megaphone and started broadcasting his message all over town:

"The Emerald City celebrations have begun!"

"The Emerald City celebrations have begun!!"

Meanwhile, the goblins responsible for lighting the fires received the tauren's signal and began whispering among themselves.

(Why are you ordering now? Wasn't it supposed to be tonight?)

(Never mind all that! Ignite it on command!)

The second goblin muttered to himself and lit the magic firework that was supposed to be lit that night.

Three loud bangs followed.

Magical fireworks soared into the sky.

At the peak, the magic firework exploded.

Then, colorful magical flames swept across the azure sky, attracting everyone's attention.

The bursting magical flames transformed into a majestic dragon, circling in the sky.

Or perhaps they transform into lively little sprites, tap dancing beside the dragon.

The final magical fireworks transformed into a giant line of cursive universal text:

Emerald Valley welcomes you!

The guests, who were initially frightened, gradually turned to joy.

The crowd erupted in cheers like a tidal wave.

Then, the ground shook again.

The cheering crowd: "..."

By this time, the Tauren had already purchased an 'Arcane Image Transmitter' from the Arcane Supplies Store, thanks to his formidable business acumen.

The Tauren calmly used the arcane instrument to broadcast the pumpkin patch outside the city.

Then, he calmly adjusted the projection position, allowing the image to be projected into the sky.

The image is too small, so many people can't see it clearly.

That's okay.

“There’s nothing a bottle of alchemical potion can’t fix,” the minotaur said, pulling out a bottle of giantification potion.

Pour it directly onto the arcane instrument.

The machine instantly grew larger.

The aerial projections have also become an IMAX aerial giant screen plus version.

Customers on any shopping street can clearly see the projected images.

Then they saw a bunch of pumpkins 'jump' up.

Crowd: "Wow—!"

Pumpkins slammed down on a single point, resembling a dance with racial characteristics.

Crowd: "Oh—!"

A little girl was tugging at her father's trouser leg. Her father quickly understood and picked her up, hoisting her onto his shoulders.

"Dad! They're doing the pumpkin dance!"

The guests around her found the 'dance' of the pumpkins jumping up and down to a single point quite interesting.

"Pumpkin Dance, haha. This Pumpkin City, uh, no, Emerald City, is quite an idea."

As the pumpkin fell, the ground indeed trembled slightly.

The crowd then completely calmed down.

There is no danger, it's a false alarm!

When Li Aili returned to the city, the panic caused by the ground tremors had already been resolved by the minotaurs.

The city was filled with a joyful atmosphere.

“Your Highness,” Edward’s voice came from the arcane communication stone.

"That notorious legal rogue—no, I mean the great lawyer, Mr. Pantishlin, has arrived..."

Li Aili then remembered that she had previously written to invite Panticil to Emerald City to help her draft the Emerald City's legal code.

I was so busy that I almost forgot about it.

"Okay, I'm coming right now. Where is he?"

As a result, Edward's deliberately lowered voice came from the other end of the communication stone, "This gentleman has been standing in the pumpkin patch for a long time... Your Highness, please come quickly..."

Upon hearing this, Li Aili paused in her steps.

He shuddered, then mounted a horse as fast as he could and galloped to the pumpkin patch.

Under the blue sky, outside the lush green pumpkin patch.

The Tankar elf, dressed in a black lawyer's robe, stood on a small hill outside the pumpkin patch, quietly watching the enormous pumpkins in the field.

Li Aili followed his gaze to the pumpkin patch and happened to see a pumpkin, annoyed by the uneven sun exposure, flip itself over with a 'splat'.

Li Aili: "..."

Panticillin raised an eyebrow slightly.

Li Aili: "Let me explain, this is definitely not an intelligent race!"

Panticil looked at Li Aili: "Hello, Miss Aili."

Li Aili hurriedly said, "Long time no see! We're all out in the middle of nowhere, come on, let's go to the city! I'll show you around Emerald City!"
