From Emerald Avenue, the main road into the city, to the bustling First Commercial Street, the streetlights are adorned with colorful flags.
It added a festive touch to the entire Emerald City.
Li Aili checked the time; it was 4:30 a.m.
"Alright, let's take a break now, we have to welcome the visiting group of bards at 10 o'clock."
