Li Aili slowly opened her eyes.
Above us were blue skies and white clouds.
Beneath me lay a soft meadow, its air filled with the fragrance of grass.
The sun was shining brightly, and Li Aili sat up blankly.
Her last memory was of being attacked by a terrifying bone dragon, or rather, a dragon lich.
Li Aili stood up and casually brushed the grass clippings off her clothes.
Where am I?
Looking around, there is a grassland, and in the distance, a herd of dairy cows are leisurely grazing.
Hey!
If there are dairy cows, then it must be a ranch or something similar.
Li Aili decided to walk towards the cows to see if she could find someone to ask where she was.
After making the decision, Li Aili walked towards the herd of cows a few hundred meters away.
The grass in this meadow had grown up to her thighs.
Li Aili struggled to walk forward through the grass.
"Hey!!" Someone shouted at her from a great distance.
But by the time the sound reached Li Aili, it was barely audible, like a mosquito's buzz.
Li Aili looked in the direction of the sound and saw several people baring their teeth and claws at her.
Li Aili: "..."
They were too far away to see the bubbles above their heads.
"...Come out...Dragon!!"
Li Aili vaguely heard a few words and repeated them in confusion: "Leave...the dragon?"
Leave the dragon?
So she turned around and walked towards the group of people.
As she walked, she shouted to the people in the distance, "What are you saying? I can't hear you..."
Before he could finish speaking, a shadow was cast down from the sky, and a strong wind suddenly arose all around.
Li Aili instinctively closed her eyes and raised her hand to cover her wildly flying golden hair.
Then, she was enveloped in a large shadow.
Li Aili's back stiffened as she realized that what those people were shouting at her was: "There's a dragon, run!"
Her neck was stiff, as if wound up, and it twisted little by little.
Before her eyes, a platinum-gold dragon was staring at her with sapphire blue eyes.
This dragon!?
Li Aili looked at the dragon with surprise and doubt.
Why does this dragon look exactly like the one that keeps appearing in her dreams?!
Incidentally, the dragon also had a black and white cow in its mouth.
The cow's hoof twitched.
The platinum-gold dragon's vertical pupils shattered into thin lines, and its upper and lower jaws twitched slightly.
Li Aili heard a soft 'crunch' and the cow's leg immediately stiffened.
Li Aili: "…………"
"Crunch, crunch," the dragon chewed, the sound like it was eating meat and bones.
Li Aili: "..."
With a "gulp," the dragon tilted its head back and swallowed the whole cow in its mouth. Oh, at least a few minutes ago, it was still whole.
The huge dragon head suddenly lowered and came close to Li Aili.
Li Aili's heart was pounding like it was on a roller coaster, thumping and pounding.
The dragon's nostrils flared as it carefully inhaled her scent.
"Your eyes are so beautiful."
Stiff Li Aili: "…………"
The dragon joyfully spread its wings.
When the dragon's wings are spread, its wingspan is at least 17 meters.
Just when Li Aili thought the dragon would let her go...
The dragon exclaimed joyfully, "I want you to be my bride!"
Li Aili: "!!!"
Li Aili turned and ran, her hand reaching for the alchemical ring on her hand...
Then, she reached for nothing!
The alchemical ring is gone!!!
Immediately afterward, before Li Aili could think further about the alchemical ring, a steel-like dragon claw gripped her waist.
The next moment, a gust of wind swept through, and Li Aili's gaze was suddenly drawn upwards.
"Huh!? Aaaaaaah!!!"
Below, several people who had rushed over knelt down and worshipped the platinum-gold dragon.
Li Aili: "Put me down!!!"
"I left my ring down there!"
The dragon, flapping its wings vigorously, said happily to her, "My bride, when we get back, I'll give you a whole chest full of rings!"
"It can cover all your fingers!"
Li Aili was so angry she didn't want to live anymore!
She wants her alchemical ring!!
However, never try to reason with a creature like a dragon.
Because they simply don't listen.
Li Aili: "Take me back! I left something there!"
"Oh, my dear bride, I promise you will love our new home!"
Li Aili: "Take me home first! I'll go to your new house with you!!"
"Honey, you're so energetic! It's wonderful. I can already picture us playing hide-and-seek together in the treasure vault!"
Li Aili: "..."
Li Aili, whose throat was hoarse from shouting, gave up struggling.
The dragon swept across the plains, passed through the forests, avoided the desert, and finally, tiny houses, as small as matchboxes, slowly appeared on the ground.
Next came a series of magnificent cities.
Li Aili was shocked by these overly prosperous and magnificent cities.
I suspect this might be one of the six great empires.
"Where am I?" Li Aili asked in a slightly hoarse voice.
The platinum-colored dragon quickly replied, "We'll be there soon!"
Li Aili: "..." Are you deaf, or a dragon?!
Li Aili was so angry that she almost became withdrawn.
Soon, the dragon's altitude began to decrease.
"Honey! Look below, this is my favorite part of the day!"
Before her eyes appeared a city on the ground... a city whose beauty defied description.
Its walls are made of cast iron.
As the altitude decreased, Li Aili gradually saw what the city looked like.
Every house was beautifully built; if the elves had designed Emerald Valley for her, it would be as beautiful as a fairytale town.
