Albert took a sip of the cooled black tea and squinted slightly.
"Speaking of which, why did you suddenly ask me about divinity?"
Albert pronounced the word 'I' very heavily.
The brothers' eyes met.
One was aggressive, the other was nonchalant.
Finally, Arthur slowly spoke, "Albert."
"This is my duty and my responsibility."
Albert smiled as he looked at his younger brother, who was now taller than him. "Oh, I understand. After all, many dangerous people have indeed emerged from among the undead."
"Ah, I'll keep Allen and the others in check."
Arthur stood up. "Then I'll go back."
“That ring… if Father were still alive, he would have given it to you.” With that, Arthur opened the study door.
Albert stood up and called out to him, "Arthur."
Arthur turned to look at his brother.
"Whether now or in the past, I will always be your elder brother."
Albert's hand landed on Arthur's shoulder, his fingers tightening slightly. "Forever, you will be a member of the Holy Dragon Family."
Arthur looked at the flickering flame of the soul in Albert's eyes and nodded slightly.
Albert escorted him to the study door. "You can just open the portal here."
“No need,” Arthur refused outright. “Since you’ve set the rules, don’t make an exception for me.”
Albert shrugged. "Don't worry about what happened last time. John was just saying it casually and didn't mean to attack you."
"By the way, have you and Ellie decided on a wedding date?"
Arthur was taken aback. "She hasn't decided yet."
Albert raised an eyebrow slightly and patted his brother on the back. "Men need to be more assertive in front of women."
“A lot of girls fall for this.” He said, smoothing his golden hair.
His movements were quite dashing.
Arthur nodded at first, then, as if suddenly remembering something, asked solemnly, "Albert, you mentioned many girls..."
"They're not all your mistresses from Holy Dragon City, are they?"
Albert: "..."
Arthur: "..."
Then, the younger brother was pushed out of the study by his older brother with a smile.
The door slammed shut with a bang, nearly hitting Prince Arthur's high nose.
Arthur: "..."
He turned his head and hadn't taken more than a few steps when shadows crept back into the shadows at Arthur's feet from all directions.
Not long after they started walking, Arthur ran into Victoria.
"Hi Arthur, Allen just told me you were here. Are you leaving already?"
Arthur stopped, nodded slightly, and greeted Victoria: "Victoria."
"Has the wedding date with Ellie been set?"
Arthur said, "Not yet."
"Ah, Ellie has regained her past memories?"
Arthur nodded, but before he could speak, Victoria exclaimed in surprise, "Could it be that after a thousand years, you still haven't won him over?"
Arthur: "..."
Victoria looked at Arthur with a hint of sympathy, then patted him on the shoulder, "You should learn more from your brother about this."
Victoria's tone shifted, and she said quietly, "You have no idea how many rivals I had back then."
Arthur: "..." He looked at Victoria with a complicated expression.
"I'm going back."
Arthur opened the portal only after leaving the palace.
Before leaving, he looked up at the window of Albert's study.
Albert was standing at the window waving to him.
Arthur bowed slightly to his brother, then strode into the portal.

When Arthur returned to Emerald City, Ellie was still at the Merchants' Guild in Denton City, discussing business.
In the evening, the carriage carrying Li Aili slowly came to a stop in front of the city gate.
In the car, Li Aili dozed off with her eyes half-closed.
Negotiating business with the guild leader of the Merchants' Guild was incredibly mentally taxing.
What was originally a matter that could have been resolved by simply communicating the wishes of both parties.
That Pengyu person somehow managed to drag the cat into the conversation...
After being forced to learn about 278 different cat breeds, Li Aili finally managed to secure this collaboration.
The guards verified his identity and were about to open the city gate.
Space fluctuated, and a spatial gate opened beside the carriage.
The tall, long-legged, black-haired duke stepped out of the portal.
Only when they recognized His Highness Arthur did the tense knights on the city wall breathe a sigh of relief.
Arthur knocked gracefully on the car door, "knock knock knock."
In her dream, a black-feathered roc was holding a cat and fiercely 'interrogating' Li Aili about its breed.
Li Aili was sweating profusely with anxiety when she was awakened by Arthur's knocking on the door.
Startled awake, Li Aili looked out the window and saw Prince Arthur's handsome face, instantly feeling a surge of security.
She hurriedly opened the carriage door.
Then, it became clear that the car was parked outside the city, not in a residential area within the city.
How did you get out?
Arthur took off his cloak, wrapped it around Ellie, and carried the tired lady out of the carriage.
"Go straight back," he casually instructed the driver.
The portal opened, and the couple vanished.
On the city wall, the knights who witnessed this scene whistled, "His Highness is keeping a close eye on the lady!"
Arthur carried his 'treasure' directly to the temporary dwelling with the fireplace burning.
Although described as temporary housing, it is actually a luxury villa built as part of the second phase of the Emerald Valley project.
Li Aili yawned, looking as cute as a little kitten.
Arthur couldn't help but lower his head, close his eyes, and gently rub his high nose against her soft cheek.
