Chapter 55

Chapter 55

Suzuki Sonoko is missing.

"Have you looked for it? How could it disappear?" asked Kogoro Mouri.

Mao Lilan's voice was filled with anxiety. "Sonoko came out early, but we searched the cubicle and there was no one there. Ye Zi came out later, so I thought Sonoko was with her. But Ye Zi didn't see Sonoko either."

Chong Sen Ye Zi nodded with an anxious look on her face: "I thought Yuanzi came back alone first."

"Could it be that Sister Sonoko was captured by the ghost of the person who killed her brother in the village?" Kojima Motota exclaimed nervously.

"The murderer of Mr. Murauchi has not been found yet, and the whereabouts of the girl Sonoko are unknown." Kogoro Mouri's face was solemn.

"The most urgent thing is to look for Miss Sonoko separately first," suggested Toru Amuro.

"Mr. Honto, do you have a floor plan of the hotel?" asked Conan Edogawa.

Hondo Daisuke: "Yes, I'll get it now."

Saikawa Yoshino rubbed her forehead. "It's harsh to say this, but I'm feeling a little unwell, so I won't be participating. I hope you find Miss Suzuki soon."

After drowning, Saikawa Yoshino looked a little unwell. Fatigue spread throughout her body, and she turned around and went back to her room.

When Naoto Shimanaka saw Saikawa Yoshino leaving, he looked back and forth between the two of them with some embarrassment, but finally followed Saikawa Yoshino's footsteps.

He apologized, "I'm sorry, I need to take care of Jianai, so I can't help you much."

Wu Ming Hangping turned and left without saying a word.

Ishiki Ryosuke looked a little regretful: "Although I really want to help you find Miss Suzuki, I still have some work to do. Sorry."

After saying that, he waved his hand and left.

"These guys." Maori Kogoro couldn't help but complain: "Let's look for it ourselves. If there are not enough people, we can only look for it in groups."

"Find that girl as soon as possible to avoid any trouble."

After getting the hotel's floor plan, Toru Amuro assigned each person a search area.

Kurokawa Akishige was assigned to the first-floor lobby. The spacious hall, with several utility rooms, made it easy to navigate. As the thunderstorm roared outside, the empty hall felt somewhat desolate.

The hotel's staff lounge was also on the first floor. Kurokawa Akiho went in and looked around but didn't see Suzuki Sonoko.

Just as Kurokawa Akiho was about to take out his cell phone to report the situation, he caught a glimpse of a bright color out of the corner of his eye. There was an oil painting hanging next to the employee locker.

He took a closer look and found that it was indeed from the same series as the oil painting in the medical station, except that the oil painting in the medical station recorded the scene of pirates carrying things randomly.

This painting looks more like the end, with a ship preparing to sail in the blue sea.

In order to verify his idea, Kurokawa Akiho knocked on the wall with his fingers, and the echo he got was a solid sound.

Kurokawa Akiho tilted his head in confusion.

Isn't it a secret door?

He raised his hands to hold the two sides of the frame, trying to take the painting down, but just as he put his hands on it and exerted a little force, the floor beneath his feet shook, opening a downward passage.

“…Huh?”

Kurokawa Akiho's blue eyes were blank for a moment, and he only had time to utter a breath before he fell to the ground.

He was falling very fast and it was pitch black all around. He could only barely get some information by relying on the light coming through the floor which had not been turned off in time.

He decisively grabbed a ladder embedded in the wall with one hand to slow his fall. The large movement tore the wound on his arm, and a sharp pain made him frown.

Kurokawa Akiho had just steady himself and before he could breathe a sigh of relief, the floor above his head closed completely, blocking the last ray of light, and the surroundings were dark and silent.

He took out his cell phone, activated the flashlight, and looked around.

The surrounding cavity walls were narrow. He was holding onto a ladder for climbing, and the cavity walls gradually became wider as he went down the ladder. Only after he landed completely did he have time to look around.

The light from the mobile phone was limited and could only illuminate a part of the room, allowing him to explore the room he was currently in bit by bit.

There were a lot of miscellaneous items in the small room underground, and a large piece of coarse cloth covered everything tightly.

When I opened a corner, I found it was a square wooden box with a few letters printed on it.

Pirate wine.

Dark Rum.

Rum is really everywhere.

Kurokawa Akiho rubbed his hair and wanted to send a message saying that he had found the basement, but his phone showed no signal.

I can't go back to where I came from, and my cell phone has no signal so I can't call for help. I can only move forward and try my luck. Maybe I can meet Suzuki Sonoko.

That young lady must have fallen here as well.

The wooden door of the basement made a harsh sound when it was pushed open. Kurokawa Akishige raised his hand and shone the weak light of his mobile phone flashlight in front of him. There were exactly the same rooms, and there was a corner at the end of the corridor.

Kurokawa Akiho walked along the wall, observing the situation as he walked.

The basement is very large, and it seems to be a replica of a hotel, but the rooms are more densely packed together. Some rooms have beds, while others are filled with wine, all of which are rum.

When Kurokawa Akiho saw Rum, he thought of his roller coaster that had blown up. He had worked so hard to make money, but Rum was still on vacation at the beach.

When Inspector Megure arrives tomorrow, we'll just pack up Rum and send him away.

Same with these wines.

After walking along the way, Kurokawa Akishige had already formed a rough guess about the situation here.

All these things in front of you are closely related to the pirates' treasure.

Although no information about pirate treasure has been found so far.

[Toruko and Conan are already close to the truth, while the young director is still watching the rum cellar.]

【You are such a disappointment. 】

[There's no difference between Ling Ling knowing and the headmaster knowing. We're all family, so why should we separate [Wang Chai] between you and me?]

I just like to see them not distinguishing between you and me [Wang Chai]

【Who understands, or the sister in front understands. 】

The barrage was too conspicuous in the pitch-black space, and it was hard to ignore it.

Kurokawa Akiho's eyebrows twitched slightly. He always felt that the barrage was saying some nonsense, but he had no evidence.

I almost got lost in the maze-like basement. Not far away, a light gradually flashed by, as if it was an illusion. I could also hear faint quarrels, and the voices mixed together and could not be heard clearly.

Kurokawa Akiho subconsciously turned off the light of his mobile phone, but he was still a step too slow, and the flashing light attracted the attention of the other side.

A dark hand stretched out from the darkness, grabbed Kurokawa Akishige's wrist, and pulled him over suddenly.

"Who?!" a stern female voice shouted, and then the light came on.

Saikawa Yoshino looked gloomily towards the location where the flash of light came from, but saw nothing after sweeping the flashlight over.

Shimanaka Naoto: "What's wrong, Kano?"

Saikawa Yoshino's eyes were fixed on the corner: "There's someone over there, I saw the light."

Ishiki Ryosuke turned his head to look over, but saw nothing. He waved his hand nonchalantly, his tone full of sarcasm: "You must have seen it wrong. How could there be anyone here at this time? Those detectives are still up there looking for the murderer."

"Oh, that's not right." Ishiki Ryosuke changed his tone and said, "Let's look for the missing Miss Suzuki."

"You're not scared to this extent, are you?" Ishiki Ryosuke laughed sarcastically.

Saikawa Yoshino ignored Ishiki Ryosuke's sarcasm. She walked towards the light while being wary of Ishiki Ryosuke and Gomei Kohei.

Naoto Shimanaka followed behind her, his face showing an unprecedented serious expression.

The footsteps were getting closer, the light swept through the crack in the door, and the wooden door made a harsh, old sound.

The flashlight swept across the furnishings in the room, a tattered spring bed and a table. The drawers of the table were half open, and it was obvious that there was no place to hide anyone. When she confirmed that there was no space under the bed, Saikawa Yoshino finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Behind the storage drawer, Kurokawa Akiho was wrapped around his waist by a strong arm. He was sitting on Amuro Toru's legs, his palms half supporting the ground in Amuro Toru's arms, his back to the light, his mouth handcuffed by a big hand, and his breath carried a smell that did not belong to him.

In my ears I could hear the sound of Saikawa Yoshino looking for someone.

In the narrow cabinet, the two of them were very close to each other. Kurokawa Akishige was almost lying on Amuro Toru. A faint heat gradually spread between them, making him feel a little cramped.

There was great strength on the waist, and the strong arms were wrapped around him tightly, as if afraid that he would move around and make noise.

Toru Amuro raised his hand and made a hushing gesture.

Kurokawa Akiho's azure eyes were slightly stunned for a moment, and the figure of the person in front of him was reflected in his eyes.

He nodded slightly, his breath spraying on Amuro Toru's palm, and as he nodded, his nose inevitably rubbed against it.

The palm of his hand was slightly warmed by his breath, and when it was rubbed by the tip of his nose, it felt like a lightning flashed across the palm of Amuro Toru's hand, causing a large area of itching.

Toru Amuro subconsciously let go of the hand that was covering Kurokawa Akiho's mouth, and then the darkness blocked his unnatural expression.

He rubbed his fingertips, his purple-gray eyes fell on the beautiful cat eyes, and his fair and delicate face was vigilantly looking behind him.

Looks a bit well behaved.

Saikawa Yoshino and others outside the cabinet had not left yet. Kurokawa Akishige straightened up slightly, and when he turned his head, his eyes were flashed by the light coming through the narrow gap.

He squinted his eyes uncomfortably, and then noticed someone pausing in front of the counter.

They both held their breath.

Naoto Shimanaka leaned over slightly and took out a piece of paper from the open drawer. He flipped through it and found that it was a blank piece of paper, then threw the paper back.

He stood up and stumbled over the edge of a drawer as he took a step forward.

The drawer was inevitably pushed inward a few times.

Kurokawa Akiho's straightened waist was suddenly pulled, and the two of them returned to their original position again.

The distance between the two people became nose to nose.

The distance is so close that you can feel each other's breathing.

There was a hint of shock in Kurokawa Akiho's beautiful cat eyes. His breathing paused slightly, his eyes flickered slightly, and he turned his head awkwardly to focus his attention on the sound outside.

Toru Amuro's arm on Kurokawa Akiho's waist stiffened slightly, and he felt like his brain might be broken.

Otherwise, why would he be thinking about this at a time like this?

One hand can hold it.
