"Doctor Su, there is a patient. The director wants you to admit him."

"Mom, I'm just tired. Don't worry. I'll be fine after a nap."
She originally wanted to take a nap at noon, but there were too many patients and she didn't have time to sleep.

Now that she was home, she felt sleepy and tired, so she really didn't even want to open her eyes and just wanted to have a good sleep.

"Yingying, go to sleep. Mom will make you some egg custard. How many eggs do you want, my dear?"

Chen Shuyun didn't know what Su Ying was like working in the hospital, but she felt that Su Ying was more tired after a day of work than she was after a day of farming.

Su Ying's mind was still dazed and she was still a little sleepy, but she was much better than before. After having dinner, she felt much more energetic.
She stood up to help Chen Shuyun clean up, but was pushed by Chen Shuyun to sit down again.
"Mom doesn't need you. You should go and rest. But Yingying, you haven't been this tired at work before. Did something happen today? Did you encounter a difficult patient?"
Su Ying sighed.
"No, there are too many patients and the hospital is short of doctors."
Su Ying had already thought about it. She would have to go to Dean Li at work tomorrow and ask him to send more staff to their department. It was such a large department with so many patients, and there were only her and Doctor Chen. She could now fully understand how tired her teacher was.

Su Ying stood up and took a basin to fetch water.
"No need, Mom. I'll wash it myself and then go to bed."
Today was definitely the earliest time that Su Ying went to bed. She went to bed right after dinner, which was around seven o'clock.
