Chapter 110 Hidden Monsters Appear, Metal Destroyer Makes a Difference

...

Sparrow District, Adventurers' Guild Hall.

The live broadcast station here has only one huge, suspended screen, unlike the three screens in the inner city, which allow all adventurers to watch from any angle.

There were significantly more people in the lobby than in the inner city.

The impoverished Sparrow District has the largest number of low-level adventurers.

Lulu arrived very early.

She wore a hood and blended into the crowd, her hands in her pockets, staring intently at the giant screen.

When the screen lit up and Linda and her group appeared, a ripple of excitement stirred within her calm heart.

From the initial guide on defeating the Black Demon Hound, to the explanation, and then the announcement that the guides for the next few floors would also be just as detailed, and made freely available to all adventurers...

Lulu took all of this in, and her expression softened without her realizing it.

These past few days, she couldn't help but think back to that White Thanksgiving night. Was Linda, who promised to take her to the top of the World Tree, with a resolute expression yet gentle eyes, just pretending?

Everything that has happened to her recently feels like a beautiful dream within a bubble. Having grown accustomed to loneliness and accepted her tragic fate over the past three years, Lulu is now filled with fear.

As a woman of misfortune who has fallen to the bottom of the valley, Lulu's life is almost devoid of light. At this time, Linda once again reached out her hand.

Lulu tried to climb up, but if that hand let go halfway, she would fall hard to the bottom of the valley again.

The pain of that sudden fall would absolutely break her!

Seeing Linda on the screen, earnestly and tirelessly explaining strategies to the adventurers at the bottom, Lulu was certain that the original captain had indeed changed.

Lulu felt awe and resentment towards her former captain, but a very strange emotion arose in her heart when facing Linda now.

Linda's image would flash through my mind from time to time, and I couldn't help but pay attention whenever I heard anything about her.

The adventurers in the hall excitedly shouted Linda's name, and respectful gazes were cast toward the suspended screen.

Lulu's lips unconsciously curled up.

She stood there with her hands in her pockets, doing nothing, but she was the most excited person there.

She was also a member of the Phoenix Flower Adventure Team.

"Looks like we don't need to worry anymore."

Lulu murmured softly, raising her head to look at the dome of the Adventurers' Guild.

An unreadable look flashed in the eyes of the orc girl.

With a swift movement, Lulu vanished from the hall.

...

"What? Kit wants me to watch a live stream of a trainee adventure team? Is she crazy?"

A blond young man wearing a monocle is flirting with a fit bunny girl in a bar.

The young man swirled the crimson wine in his glass, shook his head dismissively, and said, "Go back and tell Kit I have important business to attend to!"

“Mr. Gale, Lady Kit’s exact words were: ‘Get that womanizing bastard Gale over here right now, or I’ll have to use my claws to teach him a lesson.’”

A bald adventurer, responsible for relaying the message, wiped the cold sweat from his brow and timidly peeked at the blond young man in the black tuxedo.

[Insightful Analyst] Gail.

The leader of the White Dove Adventurer Group, a Star-Rank Adventurer, possesses the special ability to detect the aura of monsters, earning him the nickname "Insightful One".

Such a powerful figure is someone that a small-time adventurer like Baldy absolutely cannot afford to offend!

The bald man perfectly imitated Kit's rough tone, but fearing Gale's anger, he stood there nervously.

Fortunately, Gail was understanding and didn't make things difficult for him.

"What can I do? Could it be that Kit likes me?"

Gale narcissistically tossed his smooth blonde hair, kissed the bunny girl in his arms on the cheek, and left her with a purple-gold coin worth 100 gold coins, saying nonchalantly:

"Honey, let's continue tonight. I have to go on a date with Kit first, or she'll get jealous."

"Lord Gale, I'm waiting for you~" The bunny girl's eyes lit up as she looked at the purple-gold coin.

A little while later, Gale arrived at the Adventurers' Hall.

"Gite, you've missed me after only a few hours? Oh? So Thunder Swordsman Davin is here too. How rude of me."

Gail greeted the two men, only to find that they completely ignored her.

Kit stared intently at the screen below and said, "You claim to be omniscient and omnipotent, how could you have missed the hidden trial on the first floor?"

"Hidden? You mean that little cabin?" Gale said with a laugh, "Didn't I take you there already?"

“No, not the cabin.” Kit squinted. “A completely new, hidden trial that we don’t know about.”

A heated discussion suddenly broke out in the hall:

"Goodness gracious, what kind of monster is that? I've never seen one before!"

"It's small, but it seems pretty formidable! Can the Phoenix Flower handle it?"

"That metallic skin looks slippery, it's hard to hit."

The noise was unbearable, like a vegetable market having a big sale.

Gail's heart skipped a beat, and she wondered, why are there so many people in the hall?

The walkthrough of the first three floors showed that there were only about ten people scattered around, which was considered quite a lot.

Looking down from the second floor, there was a huge crowd of people, at least a thousand.

"The hidden trial on the first floor, monsters I've never seen before? How could that be? Adventurers have cleared the first floor to death. They know exactly how many moles a bunny girl has on her butt."

Gail looked at the screen.

A ladybug with a sensor flies in the sky; the image is from a top-down perspective.
