Chapter 59 Linda Heals the Witch

"I will leave White Dove City after some time."

Lulu said, "If you truly have no ill intentions and haven't revealed my whereabouts, we'll be even the day I leave White Dove City. I won't bother you anymore; let's pretend we never met."

"Even if both are settled?"

Linda frowned. "I saved you once, how can we be even now?"

Even if it's out of a desire to repay a debt of gratitude, Linda has to keep Lulu.

Witches generally don't live long, and during the purification process, he could sense the chaotic state of Lulu's body.

My right hand felt as if it had been plunged into a clump of filth, with not a single patch of clean soil inside.

As a hero and Lulu's former captain, Linda has a duty to purify a witch on the verge of falling.

"Then what do you want?" Lulu stopped chewing her gum and spoke in a cold tone.

Linda said, "Stay on the team and become my teammate."

“Impossible.” Lulu looked at him coldly: “I will not enter the World Tree with you. I joined the team to keep an eye on you so that you won’t reveal my secret.”

Linda pondered for a moment and said, "Forget about the smaller secret realms of the World Tree; they're too low-level for you to enter even if you wanted to. But for the larger secret realms, you must participate as a team member and follow my commands."

Within the World Tree Realm, aside from the major public dungeons every five levels, all other smaller dungeons can only be entered once by each adventurer. Unless, like Linda, one changes their class and starts from scratch, they cannot re-enter.

However, changing professions after level 10 carries a high risk, as it could lead to the inability to train.

In response to his request, Lulu said with a stern face, "I will not take orders from anyone. Once my business is finished, I will leave White Dove City!"

Linda sighed, "Fine, so he's an ungrateful orc."

Lulu glared at him angrily.

Orcs never forget kindness!

Linda changed the subject, looking at Lulu's still somewhat pale face: "The pollution in your body is getting worse, isn't it?"

"What do you want to say?" Lulu clenched her fists.

Orcs don't respond to threats!

Linda raised an eyebrow: "Given your current condition, you'll fall into depravity in less than a year."

This is true, and Lulu did not refute it.

“But I can save you.” Linda smiled and placed her right hand on the table. “This hand has the power to purify the corruption within a witch. If the purification is thorough, killing the corrupted insects within you and breaking the contract with the Demon King will be a piece of cake.”

This time, Lulu remained silent.

A flicker of excitement shone in his pair of azure eyes.

No one wants to die young and become a hideous, degenerate beast.

She looked at Linda with a conflicted expression, her pink lips parted as if she wanted to say something but hesitated.

"What, don't you want to be saved?" Linda asked.

"...think."

"Then adopt the attitude of asking for help."

Linda, with a stern face, decided to teach this cold-blooded orc girl a lesson.

Only by smoothing out the opponent's rough edges can one command effectively in the secret realm.

"Sit up straight and put your paws away."

The stern tone, like that of a tamer, made Lulu's nose wrinkle like a wolf's, and her eyes flashed with an icy light.

Linda ignored the other person's 'grimacing'.

Orcs can sometimes really be like wild beasts; once you're scared, they'll take advantage of you.

If you want to tame the orcs, you can't back down even a step.

"Being purified by me is an honor for you," Linda sneered. "There are plenty of witches more powerful than you, they're lining up to be purified by me! But I'm kindly using this power on you."

"I saved your life only because you look like one of my orc friends."

"And you suspect me of having ulterior motives? What do you have that I would want to scheme against?"

Linda stood up, looking down at the orc girl's pale face without any politeness, and said in a contemptuous tone:

"Looksless, no breasts, and I almost bit off your hand when I saved you. Is this how the orcs treat their saviors?"

Each harsh word made Lulu grit her teeth, lower her head in shame, and let her tail droop limply.

Thinking about it carefully, it really is true.

He has this ability, so he must have good relationships with many witches.

There are definitely witches more powerful than her.

Was it really just a casual act that he saved her?

Lulu's head was spinning, completely muddled.

Inside the cave, she suffered a poisoning attack, and during that vulnerable period, her opponent could have easily taken her life.

But they didn't do that.

For a moment, confusion and shame welled up in Lulu's heart.

"Thanks……"

The words, spoken with a touch of awkwardness, came out of Lulu's mouth.

She hesitated for a long time, as if it took a lot of effort to say those words.

Linda nodded and accepted the thanks.

Lulu took the chewing gum out of her mouth, put it in the trash can, sat up straight in the chair, and adopted an attitude of serious conversation.

"You really will help me?"

She took a deep breath and tried to speak in a calm voice.

"We'll see how you do."

Linda, looking down at him, stretched out her finger: "Take it in your mouth."

Lulu's expression changed.

That move by the other person was so despicable.

It was as if it wasn't a finger, but an oo!

They look down on her completely!

Forgetting her gratitude, she let out a low growl, barking her sharp canines like an angry wolf!

But Linda remained expressionless, simply looking at her indifferently.

Like an ordinary pastor preparing to treat girls.

The patient felt embarrassed, but Linda, as a 'priest,' had already treated many witches and was no longer interested in witches' mouths.
