Chapter 381 My cousin said that the better a boy is at DJing, the worse he is.

Duan Wuyang was left speechless by Jiang Zhen's retort.

He threw the brick on the bedside and said, "I'm hungry and want to drink some wine tonight. Jiang Qin, give me a whole spicy chicken and have a couple of drinks with me."

Jiang Zhen knew most of the Chinese characters and already knew that his name was Jiang Zhen, not Jiang Qin. He corrected Duan Wuyang, "My name is Jiang Zhen."

"What's so real about that? It's not as nice as Qin Nian." Duan Wuyang was about to call him Jiang Qin.

Jiang Zhen shrugged and said, "Uneducated." He decided not to bother with Duan Wuyang.

Jiang Zhen went downstairs to the opposite market to buy a chicken, then returned to the house and cooked a pot of spicy chicken. He brought it to the table and called Duan Wuyang to eat. Duan Wuyang seemed to be particularly dazed today, and he didn't respond when Jiang Zhen called him the first time.

"Eat!" Jiang Zhen walked up to Duan Wuyang and yelled. Duan Wuyang came to his senses, stood up and walked to the table and sat down.

He unscrewed a small bottle of wine, poured himself a glass, and filled another for Jiang Zhen. Jiang Zhen stared at the wine and said seriously, "I'm not yet an adult."

Duan Wuyang: "It's okay, I'm not a policeman, I won't arrest you and put you in jail."

Jiang Zhen had nothing to say, so he picked up the glass of wine and drank it in one gulp.

Putting down his wine glass, he picked up a piece of chicken and began to bite into it expressionlessly. Duan Wuyang was also very silent, just drinking and eating quietly, with a look of heavy thoughts on his face.

"What bad things happened to you today?" Jiang Zhen put down his chopsticks and asked.

"Do you really want to listen?" Duan Wuyang said with an unfathomable look on his face, "Some words will make your ears fall off after listening to them. Do you still want to listen?"

Jiang Zhen just looked at her speechlessly.

Duan Wuyang laughed heartily twice before saying, "Someone dug up my sister's grave."

Jiang Zhen's expression suddenly changed. He wasn't sure if Duan Wuyang was joking or serious. Jiang Zhen looked at Duan Wuyang's expression and realized that this was most likely true.

How big a grudge must there be to dig up someone's grave many years after their death?

"Can you guess who did it?" Jiang Zhen asked.

"The man my sister used to be with was a drug lord. Her death sent him straight to prison. He was sentenced to life imprisonment, but it was later reduced to twenty years. Later, due to good behavior, his sentence was reduced and he was released after only sixteen years."

Duan Wuyang swallowed the last sip of the spicy wine and said in a muffled voice: "Last week, that man came out." After coming out, he brought people to dig up Duan Wuyang's sister's grave.

No wonder Duan Wuyang was acting so strangely today.

Jiang Zhen didn't know how to comfort Duan Wuyang, so he put the chicken leg he had saved for tomorrow into Duan Wuyang's bowl.

"Eat meat."

Duan Wuyang looked at the fat chicken leg and couldn't help laughing. "Boy, according to my age, I can be your father too." Duan Wuyang was already 42 years old, and he was indeed old enough to be Jiang Zhen's father.

Jiang Zhen sneered, "What? You want to adopt me as your son?" In fact, they had lived together for five years. Duan Wuyang treated him well. Jiang Zhen had long respected Duan Wuyang like a father.

Even though he always mocks Duan Wuyang, he actually respects this man very much in his heart.

He gave them a new life.

Jiang Zhen will never be able to repay this kindness in his entire life.

Duan Wuyang smiled a bit ruffian-like. He pointed his chopsticks at Jiang Zhen and asked him, "Do you want to recognize me as your godfather?"

"Dad." Jiang Zhen had no burden and called out "Dad" right away.

Duan Wuyang was stunned for a moment, then burst into laughter. "Dad, I don't have anything good to give you." Duan Wuyang went back to his room and came out with a brick in his hand.

Jiang Zhen frowned, "So you decided to beat me up?" That was really a special gift.

Duan Wuyang shook his head. He slammed the brick against Jiang Zhen's hand and said with a smile, "This is a family heirloom, passed down from my sister to me. Today, I'm passing it on to you. Boy, you must protect our Duan family's heirloom."

Jiang Zhen didn't know whether to laugh or cry. "Your sister has also beaten you?" Jiang Zhen stared at the brick and said, "Should I pass it on to my son in the future?"

Duan Wuyang narrowed his eyes and said in confusion, "There won't be such a day."

Jiang Zhen misunderstood Duan Wuyang's meaning and immediately frowned. He said unhappily, "Do you think I haven't gotten married and had children yet?"

"You are handsome, and you have the type of pretty boy look that women like the most. You will be able to get married." Duan Wuyang said.

Jiang Zhen didn't feel comforted after hearing this.

After dinner, when Jiang Zhen was clearing the table, he threw the family heirloom brick to the ground.

The next day was the day Jiang Zhen went to the underground boxing gym.

Jiang Zhen was getting better and better, and Duan Wuyang rarely went to watch him box. So when Jiang Zhen was about to leave for the boxing gym with a bag on his back, he was a little surprised to see Duan Wuyang still at home.

"You didn't go out for the sports car?"

"I don't have any work today. Come on, I'll go to the boxing gym with you to test your achievements this year."

"Let's go."

Duan Wuyang went to the boxing gym with Jiang Zhen. Jiang Zhen changed his clothes and sat backstage waiting, and Duan Wuyang sat next to him.

Through the surveillance camera, Duan Wuyang saw a burly man on the ring being kicked out of the ring by his opponent with a side kick. He suddenly turned his head to look at the young boy next to him and asked, "What do you want to do in the future?"

Jiang Zhen rarely discussed the future, so hearing such a question suddenly seemed a bit strange. He paused for a moment before saying, "I haven't thought it through yet."

"You may not remember what you said when you first followed me. You said that uneducated people can only fight, while educated people let others fight."
