After reading a document, Han Jun would write down her comments and new ideas on the document, then print it out for Han Zhan to review. It was almost twelve o'clock when Han Jun finished her work and wanted to send the document to Han Zhan.
Guessing that his mother might have gone to bed, Han Jun sent a text message directly to Han Zhan.
Han Jun: [Dad, are you guys asleep? I've finished processing all the documents.]
Han Zhan was probably browsing his phone when he received a WeChat message from Han Jun, who said, "She's asleep. Bring the file over."
Han Jun: [Okay.]
Han Jun put on his coat, put on his sneakers and went upstairs to meet Han Zhan.
The door to Han Zhan's room was open. Han Jun walked in with the pile of documents in her arms and saw Han Zhan sitting in the living room reading a book under the lamp. She put the documents down and leaned over to look into the bedroom.
Seeing that Song Ci was already asleep with a facial mask on her face, she asked Han Zhan, "Why did you go to bed so early, Mom?"
"She needs a good sleep, you know that." Han Zhan went to the tea room and got some snacks for Han Jun, "Eat something and then go back to your room and sleep."
"good."
Han Jun exercises a lot, so she's not afraid of gaining weight even after eating. She ate a bowl of wonton noodles and thought the taste was familiar, so she asked Han Zhan, "Did Dad make this himself?"
"Well, your mother was hungry and wanted to have a midnight snack."
Han Jun was eating wonton noodles, but she felt like she was eating dog food with her mouth wide open. After eating, Han Jun returned to her room.
After Han Jun left, Han Zhan opened the document at hand and read it carefully.
After reading Han Jun's comments on the documents, Han Zhan was struck by her growing foresight. Her new suggestions were all perfect. At this rate, Han Jun would be fully managing the company in less than two years.
Han Zhan couldn't help but feel overjoyed at the thought that he would be able to retire soon.
Retirement is good. After retirement, he can accompany Song Ci to travel around the world. After the trip, he can find a new career and start over again, challenging different excitement.
Just thinking about it this way, Han Zhan felt that life was full of fighting spirit.

Xu Qian had just arrived at the hospital and had not yet had time to do the ward rounds when someone came from the operating room and asked him to quickly go to the emergency operating room to cooperate with the director of orthopedics to treat a patient who was seriously injured in a car accident.
Tonight, a car accident occurred on Changping Road in the capital. A car collided with a cement truck, sending it rolling down the slope of the road and over a cliff. A man in his early fifties, not wearing a seatbelt, was thrown from the car and struck a large rock.
The uncle had a comminuted fracture of his left femur and was diagnosed with a serious heart disease. He was in critical condition and was in critical condition.
Someone from the orthopedics department came to call Xu Qian over to prevent the patient from suffering cardiac arrest during the operation, and Xu Qian was needed to save the situation.
Xu Qian was a legend in the cardiac surgery department of Imperial Capital University Hospital, the anchor of the operating room. With him around, everyone felt more relaxed.
Xu Qian walked into the emergency room and took out his cell phone, keys, and other belongings and gave them to the assistant nurse in the operating room. The assistant took the items and put them in a transparent sealed bag.
Xu Qian raised his hands, and the assistant nurse quickly put on sterile surgical gown, disposable gloves and surgical cap for him.
After making all the preparations, Xu Qian walked towards the operating table.
The operating room was not big, and there were four people crowded inside, including the director of orthopedics, Zhu Jianxin, an assistant doctor and two assistant nurses.
Xu Qian noticed that there was a strange uncle standing next to Director Zhu, and the uncle was looking at the patient on the bed anxiously.
Xu Qian recognized at a glance that the uncle was a soul. His real body was lying on the bed, in a critical condition.
Xu Qian knew that others couldn't see the old man, so he pretended not to see him. He walked to the head of the orthopedics department and asked about the patient's condition.
Director Zhu was performing surgery on a patient. The patient was lying on his side with his left buttock cut open, revealing broken bones and skin.
Everyone was used to seeing all kinds of life and death scenes. After seeing this bloody scene, Xu Qian and the others did not feel any discomfort. Instead, the uncle's soul was trembling with fear at the scene of his own surgery with its white bones.
Xu Qian stared at the uncle who was trembling all over and couldn't help but find it funny.
The treatment process was long. Director Zhu said to Xu Qian, "Director Xu, tell me a joke." The operating scene was actually not as serious as it was shown in TV dramas. Most of the time it was filled with laughter.
Laughter can make people feel relaxed.
Xu Qian wasn't one for jokes. He said, "I can tell you a ghost story, Director Zhu. Do you want to hear one?"
The patient's bones were severely broken and could not be restored. Director Zhu could only remove the broken bones from the patient's body first, stop the bleeding for the patient, and then implant a prosthesis for the patient after he was out of danger.
Director Zhu was feeling a little tired, and thinking a ghost story would be a welcome refresher, he said, "Okay, tell me one."
Xu Qian stared at the empty space to Director Zhu's left and suddenly said, "The ghost of this uncle is standing next to Director Zhu. He's talking to you, reminding you to be gentle. He's almost scared to death."
Director Zhu: "..."
He glanced silently to his left, seeing no one. Director Zhu suddenly felt a chill run down his side. He gave a dry laugh and said, "Director Xu is such a joker."
Xu Qian said honestly, "I don't know how to tell jokes."
"I see."
But after hearing Xu Qian's joke, the uncle quietly walked from Director Zhu's left to Xu Qian's right. The uncle asked Xu Qian: "Doctor, can you see me?"
