Noland hesitated for a moment and then got out of the car.
The girl stood at the front of the car, looked at Noland thoughtfully, and asked him: "Noland, what are you thinking about?"
Afraid that the girl would see what he was thinking, Noland walked over and patted the girl on the head. He said, "This is a good place to hide people. No one will find us."
Hearing this, the wariness in the girl's eyes faded a little.
The two walked inside for more than half an hour before arriving at a dilapidated hunter's house. The girl said to Noland, "I'm hiding him inside."
Noland asked her, "How do we get down?"
The girl said, "Look at me."
The girl walked into the hunter's room, moved a small table away, removed the wooden board under the table, and a rope ladder was tied to the thick wooden beam in the basement.
The girl said to Noland, "Just go down from here."
Noland lay at the basement entrance and took a look inside.
The light below was dim and Noland could not see anything. He turned around and asked the girl, "Judy, can I go down..." Noland was startled when he saw the wooden stick in the girl's hand.
"you..."
The girl raised the stick and hit Noland's head fiercely. Noland's eyes flashed with pain. The girl kicked him on the back and Noland fell into the secret room.
He lay on the wet ground, one leg in pain and unable to move. Judy slid down the rope ladder, picked up the tools in the corner, tied Noland's hands behind his waist, and blocked his mouth with tape.
The girl picked Noland up from the ground and moved him to a low wooden bed with great effort.
Noland was put on the bed by the girl. His head was aching. He heard the girl say, "Noland, can you stay here with me for the rest of your life?"
Noland: “!”
What the fuck is this lunatic?
Noland smelled the stench of feces and urine and heard a slight noise. He turned his eyes and looked in the direction where the noise came from.
Before Noland could see clearly what was happening in the corner, he heard Judy shouting in that direction in a rough voice, "Don't move! If you move again, you won't be allowed to drink water for three days!"
There was another sound in the corner, and then there was no sound.
Noland adjusted himself to the dim light and squinted at the corner, only then did he see a small body curled up in the dark and damp corner.
After being missing for twenty days, Li Ao became as thin as a little monkey. He hid in a corner in panic, hugging his knees with both hands, his head shaking constantly due to excessive hunger.
Noland's heart suddenly ached!
Neil!
Judy saw Noland's care for the little boy and was so angry that she slapped Noland in the face and cursed, "Noland, you are so perfect, how could you let yourself fall! A divorced woman with children, what right do you have to love me!"
God is high and perfect. Judy couldn't accept that Noland, whom she respected and admired, actually fell in love with a single mother!
Judy said: "Noland, you stay here with me, we live and die together!"
Li Ao in the corner might have been feeling uncomfortable and moved slightly. Judy heard Li Ao's movement, so she picked up a rope by the wall and walked towards Li Ao.
"I told you not to listen!"
Judy whipped Li Ao on the back with a rope. Li Ao hugged his legs, not daring to cry or make a fuss. Noland only saw Li Ao's body tremble, and soon he regained his composure.
Noland was heartbroken when he saw this scene.
“Woo!”

“Woo!”
Don't hit him anymore!
But Noland's mouth was blocked with tape, and he couldn't speak at all.
Judy kept beating Li Ao like crazy. Li Ao tried to hide in the corner, but he had already hidden against the wall and there was nowhere else to hide.
"Woo! Woo!"
Noland struggled and fell off the bed.
At this moment, the police's voice came from the narrow entrance of the secret room: "Listen, people inside, you are surrounded!"
Judy paused.
She looked up and saw a policeman. She realized something and looked back at Noland in disbelief.
"Noland, you betrayed me!" Judy felt betrayed and looked at Noland with extremely angry eyes.
Noland roared a few times at the people above.
The policeman pointed his gun at Judy and said, "Judy, get down on the ground with your hands on your head!"
Judy refused. She raised the whip in her hand and hit Li Ao again, cursing as she hit him, "I'm going to beat you to death, you little bastard! You little bastard don't deserve to live in this world. Your parents hurt my Noland, you deserve to die!"
At this moment, a dark shadow fell from the sky.
Then——
Bang!
A gunshot rang out, and Judy's hand holding the whip froze in the air.
Judy slowly turned around and saw a man in a black shirt standing behind her.
Recognizing the man as the one who had slandered Noland's reputation, Judy grinned at him and said through bared teeth, "Does it hurt that your son is dying?"
Li Li's eyes fell on Li Ao, who was as thin as a little monkey in the corner. His eyes turned red with heartache, and he shot the woman in the shoulder again.
Judy knelt on the ground and said madly: "You hurt my beloved Noland, and now your son is going to die. You are getting retribution!"
"Retribution has come!"
Li Li fired three or four shots in a row with an expressionless face, and each shot hit the woman's mouth!
