Chapter 169 Complex Feelings

The man who appeared out of nowhere had medium-length hair that covered half of his face, revealing only a sharply defined chin. For a moment, no one recognized him.

Or perhaps, people weren't even paying attention to his appearance, but were stunned and amazed by his current state.

How can a human being float in the air for so long?

Is this really a person, or a projection?

The next second, the man who appeared out of thin air suddenly fixed his gaze on a certain spot.

Everyone followed the man's gaze and saw the big boss they knew all too well.

What's going on?

A bold conjecture formed in everyone's mind: could this disheveled man in front of them be Commander He, who had disappeared twenty years ago?

"I must say, the figure is really similar."

"The chin is similar, just a bit thinner."

"The way this man looks at the big shot is so intense it's almost comical."

Is this a passionate ignition, or the intense hatred between enemies meeting?

......

The audience members at the scene were buzzing with discussion, looking on with anticipation for a good show.

At this moment, Zhou Yi, standing beside Li Ze, was also shocked. "Holy crap, the person who disappeared for twenty years has reappeared!"

Li Ze ignored Zhou Yi; at this moment, his eyes and heart were only on the person a hundred meters away.

His gaze was intense, as if he wanted to burn a hole through the person.

“He Xingjue!” Li Ze murmured.

"I am here."

A hoarse voice rang in my ears.

Li Ze fell into a broad and warm embrace.

No one saw how He Xingjue arrived; he suddenly disappeared and then suddenly reappeared, with an interval of less than a second. When they finally saw him, the two of them were already embracing.

Li Ze's expression was somewhat blank, as if he couldn't believe that the person he had thought about for twenty years had appeared so suddenly, without any warning. Just when he was about to resign himself to his fate, he appeared in front of everyone in a grand manner.

He Xingjue sighed helplessly and used one hand to rub Li Ze's head. "Time to snap out of it."

Li Ze blinked. "You're back?"

He Xingjue hummed in agreement, "I'm back. I've kept my promise to you."

Li Ze's eyes widened suddenly. "You figured it out?"

He Xingjue grabbed his shoulders, looked into his eyes, and said in an extremely serious tone, "I've figured it out."

Li Ze was stunned again. He didn't know how to describe his current feelings. He had always wanted something, and suddenly he had it.

Are you excited?

It seems there's more than that.

More than anything, it feels like everything has settled down.

The moment the two embraced, the audience at the scene went wild, and the viewers in the live broadcast room went wild too.

"Holy crap, it really is Commander He!"

"Damn, damn, damn, twenty years have passed and all you get is one hug? One hug isn't enough, let's go!"

"Upstairs, stop spouting nonsense that can't be broadcast. My requirements aren't high, just a deep kiss is enough."

"A person who disappeared for twenty years has returned. How surreal!"

"Therefore, it can be almost concluded that the disappearance of the Void Beasts for twenty years is all thanks to Commander He. He single-handedly brought us twenty years of stable life."

"I'm very curious about the world of the Void Beasts. I'm eagerly waiting for Commander He to reveal the secrets."

......

"Here to be a judge again?" He Xingjue and Li Ze squeezed into one chair.

Li Ze hummed in agreement. If he hadn't come to be a judge today, he wouldn't have seen him suddenly appear.

"You sit over there." Li Ze nudged He Xingjue; it was too cramped for two grown men to sit on one chair.

He Xing remained unmoved. "You can sit on my lap."

As he spoke, He Xingjue scooped Li Ze up.

"Aaaaaahhhhhh—"

The audience shouted themselves hoarse, their faces flushed with excitement.

Li Ze blushed to the roots of his neck with embarrassment and gritted his teeth, saying, "Put me down!"

He Xingjue sensed his anger, obediently put the person down, moved a chair, and sat down close to him, their bodies pressed tightly together.

Li Ze's judging work had to continue, so He Xingjue stayed there to wait for him. He put his arm around Li Ze and fiddled with his personal computer with the other.

Twenty years have passed, and his personal computer is still working perfectly.

Less than five minutes have passed since he appeared, and his personal computer is almost bursting with information.

He Xingjue edited a message and sent it to a group, then ignored everyone else. He picked Gao Feng from his contacts and typed in a voice message, "Come and be a judge for your wives."

Gao Feng replied instantly, "Received!"

Li Ze glanced at He Xingjue, who looked back at him innocently and said, "What, are you planning to sit here for a few days? Do you want me to sit here with you for a few days too?"

“You don’t have to accompany me.” Li Ze pouted.

"I can't bear to part with you. I miss you so much, I don't want to be apart from you for even a second." He Xingjue sniffed Li Ze's neck like a puppy.

Li Ze pushed He Xingjue's head away, "Be mindful of the consequences."

He Xingjue forced himself to sit up straight, but his hands under the table were restless. One hand played with Li Ze's, while the other wandered around Li Ze's waist, occasionally pinching the soft flesh there.

Gao Feng arrived quickly, appearing before Li Ze and He Xingjue within half an hour. The moment he glanced at He Xingjue, the tall, resolute man's eyes immediately reddened. "You're finally back."

Over the past twenty years, Li Ze was not the only one waiting for He Xingjue; his entire Snow Wolf Legion was also waiting for him.

They always held onto hope, and He Xingjue's room was always kept on the warship.
