Whoosh!
Someone who was speaking got splashed with water in their face.
Li Ze glared angrily at He Xingjue, his swollen, red eyes seeming to be on fire. He grabbed the blanket, wrapped himself in it, got out of bed, and strode towards the door.
He Xingjue looked at his staggering figure, feeling heartbroken. He rushed over, picked him up in his arms, and spoke before Li Ze could curse, "It's my fault. I won't say anything more, I won't mention it. Where do you want to go? I'll take you there right now."
Li Ze snorted coldly, struggled a couple of times, and gave up after realizing it was useless. He said coldly, "Take me to the room next door."

He Xingjue raised an eyebrow. "You haven't lived here all these years? Where have you been?"
Li Ze didn't answer his question, but said, "Put me down."
Upon hearing this, He Xingjue obediently put the person down and said, "Where is the treatment pod? I'll open it for you. You can rest inside for a while."
“I can open the treatment pod myself. You can get out,” Li Ze said coldly.
Seeing that he was angry, He Xingjue didn't dare to provoke him further, so he turned around and left, closing the door behind him.
As soon as he left, Li Ze loosened the blanket he was wrapped in, looked down at his bruises, and his anger flared up again. He couldn't help but curse, "You beast."
Although the marks on his body were heavy, they were surprisingly clean; someone had clearly cleaned him up. Thinking of this, Li Ze's face flushed again, and those blush-inducing images flashed through his mind—
