The two failed to connect telepathically.
Gao Tiankuo reached halfway up the tree, turned around, and good heavens, he could see clearly that a group of men were defecating there!
His face turned red! He lowered his head, relaxed his hands, and slid them down little by little.

An Yi saw his actions and understood his thoughts. He had the same idea, so he secretly jumped down as well.
