“After Xiao Chengyun leaves school, bring him here to me.”
"Yes, Your Majesty."
Xiao Chengyun was currently reciting his lessons at the Imperial Academy, unaware that he was about to face a daunting task.
As soon as the teacher called for the end of the school day, Xiao Chengyun grabbed his small cloth bag and rushed out of the Imperial Academy like a madman.

As soon as he left school, even the air seemed sweet to him.

The Eighth Princess said sullenly, "Yes, my mother said that if I don't study hard, I might be forced into a political marriage in the future..."
Seeing their pitiful state, Xiao Chengyun sighed inwardly, thankful that he was not a prince.
As he was happily browsing around, he suddenly bumped into something hard and cried out in pain.
"Ouch, that hurts so much!"
"Oh dear, young master of this humble family, how are you? Does it hurt?"
The eunuch's high-pitched voice rang in Xiao Chengyun's ears, and he tenderly rubbed Xiao's forehead.
The princes and princesses all shrank back in fear when they saw Eunuch Wang.
"Look, Father is probably coming to ask us about our studies again," the Fifth Prince exclaimed.
The Eighth Princess pouted and said, "Waaah, what should I do, Seventh Brother? I haven't learned today's lessons yet."
Xiao Chengyun touched his throbbing forehead and said with relief, "Hehe, Eunuch Wang, are you here to take them to see the Emperor again?"
The group glared at Xiao Chengyun with annoyance.
What's with all the showing off?
Eunuch Wang smiled and bowed, saying, "Young Master, this time it was His Majesty who summoned you there."
The little ones were overjoyed when they heard that.
The Eighth Princess clapped her hands and laughed, saying, "Yay, yay! This time it wasn't us!"
The Seventh Prince patted Xiao Chengyun's shoulder pitifully, "Brother Chengyun, it seems that Father Emperor is planning to discipline you on behalf of your uncle."
Upon hearing this, Xiao Chengyun was dumbfounded.
"Let's go, young master," Eunuch Wang whispered, reaching out to pull Xiao Chengyun along.
Xiao Chengyun looked at the hand that Eunuch Wang had used to pull him with a tearful face, and secretly moved Eunuch Wang's position further into the forbidden zone.
