Chapter 18 Verbal Confrontation
As soon as the voice fell, a yamen runner immediately opened the door of the cell and dragged the old lady who was leaning against the wall away to be taken to the torture room.
Yue Fuli's face changed as she watched the old lady being dragged away.
She hadn't expected that Luo Ming would actually torture them. The old lady was already ill, and if she tortured them again, the consequences would be disastrous.
