Shang Luo didn't know why Lou Chenfeng said that, but he really didn't know, so he just shook his head and replied, "Shang really doesn't know."
Although he said he didn't know, Shangluo guessed that Yue Fuli was most likely a member of the royal family.

"Is she Miss Yue?"

Although he was shocked by Yue Fuli's identity, Shang Luo was not a man who went back on his word, so he nodded and replied, "No regrets, since I have already promised her, I will not go back on my word."
After hearing this, Lou Chenfeng would be lying if he said he wasn't disappointed. He originally thought that after revealing Yue Fuli's identity, Shangluo would make a new choice, or even join his camp.
