"I'm not Lingling, why would I cry?"
Lu Ze chuckled softly.
After Qi Yuning washed up, she returned to the bed and fell asleep quickly. However, she had many dreams that night, and she dreamed that her marriage with Lu Ze seemed to be failing.
I dreamed of that decadent self again, and Lu Ze calling out to Lingling loudly.
I dreamed of the bloody battlefield again.
When she woke up, Lu Ze was still beside her: "Aren't you going to the morning court again today?"
Lu Ze said, "Today is Cold Food Festival and tomorrow is Qingming Festival. The court will be closed for two days. Lin Jiang, Qin Feng, and I have an appointment to go for an outing in the mountains. Do you want to join us?"
"You guys go, I won't go." Qi Yuning said, "I have a lot of things to do these days."
Lu Ze chuckled and said, "Well, I'll be leaving first."
Lu Ze had just washed up when he heard Lu Baozhu's voice from outside.
"Qi Yuning!"
"Get out of the way, why are you stopping me?"
"Lingling, today your aunt will take you to the kite festival!"
When Qi Yuning heard Lu Baozhu's voice, she repeatedly said to Lu Ze, "Hide quickly!"
In a hurry, Lu Ze had no choice but to hide behind the bed curtains.
Lu Baozhu rushed into the house and said, "Lingling!"
Lichun stopped in front of Lu Baozhu and said, "Princess Lu, my princess is still sleeping."
"It's almost noon? Why is she still sleeping? She's so lazy. Today is Cold Food Festival, I'm taking Lingling out to play."
“Lingling!”
Lu Baozhu wanted to go forward and lift the bed curtain, but was stopped by Lichun.
Lu Baozhu chuckled, "Why don't you let me see? Could it be that Qi Yuning is hiding a strange man?"
Qi Yuning said helplessly from within the bed curtains, "Lu Baozhu, if you dare to trespass into my palace again, I will not forgive you! I will punish you according to the rules for trespassing into the palace."
"You're not my sister-in-law yet, and you're acting like one? I came here to look for Lingling. You're so angry, are you really hiding a stranger?"
