It was getting dark.
Lu Ze stopped investigating the case and moved with Chen Qian and his wife into the guest house prepared for them by the Huang family.
Qi Yuning went into Lu Ze's room and had dinner with him and Lu Yun.
After dinner, Qi Yuning asked, "Since the 'adulterer' was the only one in Chen Nian's room that day, could it be him who killed Huang Rui? Manniang gently stroked the guqin and said, "Why did you come to me?"
