The screams drew everyone's attention, and they all stared curiously in the direction from which the sound came.
When everyone got closer and took a look, they were immediately stunned.
"Isn't that... Liu Mingyue? What's she doing here?"
"And is that red wine she's wearing?"
In the center of the banquet hall, Jiang Xinrou, dressed in a gorgeous gown, held a wine glass in her slender, white fingers.
The wine glass in her hand was empty, and the scarlet liquid inside had been spilled onto Liu Mingyue's white dress, staining a large area red.
At this moment, she stood arrogantly in front of Liu Mingyue, her delicate face revealing a disdainful expression.
She was unaware that Jiang Minghui had been taken away by ambulance and was proudly looking at Liu Mingyue with her chin held high.

"Hmph! If Jiang Minghui had told me earlier that this drama was just to promote you, I would never have taken it! Before signing the contract, he talked a good game, saying it was a female lead drama with all the highlight scenes for the female lead. He tricked me into signing the contract and then changed the script after filming started, adding so many scenes for you!"
Jiang Xinrou was not ashamed of these words. Instead, she said smugly, "So what? This drama was originally fully funded by my Jiang family. If you're so capable, why don't you put up some money and start your own drama!"

"How could you say such a thing! No matter what, I'm still your senior!"
Jiang Xinrou no longer wanted to pretend. Now that "The First Shot" had become a huge hit, the Jiang family had firmly established itself as the industry leader. She was her father's daughter, the little princess of the Jiang family. Did she need to be polite to an ordinary actress like her?
Although Liu Mingyue is very popular, she comes from humble beginnings and has no background whatsoever, so there is absolutely no need for me to give her a friendly look.
