The night was as dark as ink.
Inside the Emperor Hotel, Jiang Ran shifted her body and climbed out of a box.
She first looked around cautiously, and only dared to come out when she saw that no one was around.

My legs are numb.
Jiang Ran tried to move her limbs. She had been curled up in the small space of the box for almost three hours, and her legs had almost gone numb.
This was a last resort for her; the Emperor Hotel's internal management was too strict, so she had to address the issue from the outside.
Fortunately, she found out that a store supplied ingredients to Dihao every day, so she secretly sneaked into the box where the ingredients were stored.
I only hope that today's reward is worthy of her sacrifice.

Jiang Ran felt a chill and realized that she was a little cold.
She looked around and saw that there were freezers all around, filled with all kinds of ingredients.
This should be the basement where the Emperor Hotel stores its food. Going up this staircase should lead to the Emperor Hotel's kitchen.
Jiang Ran rubbed her hands, which were stiff from the cold, and immediately tiptoed towards the stairs.
She quickly arrived at the kitchen, but there was someone inside!
Jiang Ran took a deep breath and held it. She peeked out, but thankfully everyone in the kitchen was busy with their own things and didn't notice her.
Before they noticed, she tiptoed out of the kitchen and was met with a long corridor.
Jiang Ran's eyes widened. Where was she?
The Emperor Hotel was so huge; the entire corridor was filled with countless doors, and she seemed a little lost.
She looked closely and realized that none of the rooms had room numbers. She figured these must be staff dormitories or something similar on the basement level.
The employee dormitories are so luxurious; it's no wonder it's called Geely.
She had to leave through the staff entrance as soon as possible, so that even if someone saw her, she could pretend to be a customer.
The Emperor Hotel was just too big, and all the rooms looked exactly the same. Jiang Ran walked for quite a while but still couldn't find her way out.
I took out my phone and checked the time. It was almost nine o'clock. I had to find Jiang Xinrou's room before nine o'clock.
Just when she was in a panic, she saw an employee pushing a food cart out.
It looks like it's delivering food to guests.
Jiang Ran hid in the corner and quietly peeked out.
The employee walked to a wall, took out his employee card and waved it on it. Then the wall opened to both sides, revealing the elevator door.
Jiang Ran suddenly realized why she had been wandering around for so long without finding her way; it turned out she needed to use her employee card to access the elevator.
The Geely Emgrand Hotel is incredibly well-hidden; the employee elevator is even concealed within the wall.
It seems that you need an employee card to leave.
Fortunately, she was prepared; she took out a pre-prepared sedative spray from her bag.

Jiang Ran pressed the button for the fourth floor, and the elevator started moving.
She had never felt time stretch out so slowly; a mere minute felt like an hour.
Jiang Ran finally breathed a sigh of relief as they reached the fourth floor.
However, as soon as the elevator doors opened—
Standing in front of me were two tall men in matching black uniforms, probably the hotel's bodyguards.
Jiang Ran was completely petrified, never expecting such a scene to appear when the elevator doors opened.
What's going on?
The two people outside the elevator seemed surprised to find strangers inside and stood there stunned.
A second later, Jiang Ran finally came to her senses. Looking at the two shadows looming over her, she couldn't help but wail inwardly.
What incredible luck she has!
The person on the other end also realized what was happening and immediately asked with a fierce look, "Who are you? What are you doing in the employee elevator? And why are you dressed like that?"

Jiang Ran tossed off her baseball cap, scratched her hair, and let her pre-styled curls fall loose.
Taking a deep breath, Jiang Ran removed her mask and took out the high heels she had placed in her bag beforehand.
A moment later, a woman in a long red dress and high heels appeared in the corridor. Her face was heavily made up, making it difficult to see her true face.
As two bodyguards walked towards her from the opposite direction, Jiang Ran curled her red lips into a smile and strode confidently forward—
