The shopkeeper pressed the button for the basement, and the exit door slowly opened.
He said with a look of disgust: "Huh, I finally got out. I was almost choking to death."
Then, the Taoist priest and the waiter came out.
The Taoist priest looked at the talisman paper that had not been burned yet on the ground, frowned and remained silent.
The waiter walked up to him and looked down along the line of sight.
"It turns out that the smell is coming from this thing. I'll quickly throw it away." The waiter pinched his nose and was about to throw it away.
The Taoist priest quickly stopped the waiter, "Wait."
He felt that the talisman paper looked familiar, and seemed to be somewhat similar to the thing he had snatched away. Could they be made of the same thing?
Before he could figure out what was going on, Mu Nanyue and the others appeared.
From the moment the Taoist priests appeared, Mu Nanyan had been observing them secretly.
They looked a little strange and didn't behave like humans.
Hiss, Mu Nanyan wiped her eyes, a little bit unable to believe what she saw.
Sure enough, two of them were not human.
It turned out that the fat shopkeeper was a pig spirit named Zhu Jing. He had lived for three hundred years and had some magical powers.
The waiter at the skinny shop is a rat spirit named Wang Shu, who is four hundred years old.
The Taoist priest is a human being, and a long time ago, he subdued the two of them.
The Taoist priest looked at the people in front of him with an unfriendly expression.
Is this the smoke they created to force us out?
There shouldn't be anything wrong, there's no one else here except them.
"Did you create the smoke that makes this place stink? Tell the truth quickly, otherwise..." the Taoist asked.
When the shopkeeper and the waiter heard this, they rubbed their hands and started to fight. If the other party answered yes, they would attack immediately.
"Otherwise, what?" Mo Linyuan sneered.
"Don't even think about leaving here alive." Seeing that Mo Linyuan was not listening, the waiter gradually lost his patience.
He took out his sword and pointed it at Mo Linyuan.
"Zhu Jing, move aside, let me do it." The Taoist pulled him away.
The waiter put away his sword and made way. "Okay, Master."
The Taoist decided to try the talisman paper. He picked up a piece of talisman paper and muttered, "Go."
The talisman paper flew in the air and fell down as if it had lost its power. He widened his eyes in disbelief.
He picked up the talisman paper and planned to try again.
But Mo Linyuan didn't give him a chance and stabbed him with the sword.
The Taoist priest was not careful and his arm was pierced.
He stared at Mo Linyuan, his eyes filled with anger and hatred.
It was the first time that the waiter saw his master so angry. He decided to take this opportunity to help his master get revenge.
"Master, let us do it. You go deal with that old man."
At this time, the waiter and the shopkeeper surrounded Mo Linyuan, intending to capture him in one fell swoop.
The two sides confronted each other and a battle was about to break out.
Although it was one against two, Mo Linyuan was not afraid at all.
He used the sword skills taught by the national teacher and rushed directly towards the two of them.
In just a quarter of an hour, they were already covered in bruises.
[Yeah, Brother Yuan is awesome]
[Swordsmanship has improved compared to before]
The national teacher was also happy for Mo Linyuan's progress.
The Taoist priest was not happy. He walked towards the national teacher and said, "Your opponent is me."
The Imperial Master was holding Mu Nanyan in his arms and was forced to take a step back by him.
In order not to hurt Mu Nanyan, the Imperial Master put her aside.
He took out the talisman paper Mu Nanyan gave him from his arms and recited a few words according to the formula she gave.
The talisman paper flew towards the Taoist priest and immobilized him.
The Taoist tried to move, but found that he could not move his body.
"Wang Shu, Zhu Jing, please come and save me quickly." The Taoist priest was a little anxious as he could only speak with his mouth.
This old man actually knows how to use talisman paper, who is he?
After Wang Shu and Zhu Jing heard the Taoist's call, they looked at each other and it seemed that they had no choice but to use that trick.
Wang Shu looked around, spoke confidently, and moved his fingers.
Suddenly, a strange sound was heard.
The sound was getting closer and closer, as if a group of things were coming this way.
A group of rats swarmed over, and taking advantage of the Imperial Master's shock, they wrapped up the Taoist priest and quickly carried him away.
The whole thing happened at such an astonishing speed that the national teacher didn't even have time to react.
Oh no, they are trying to escape.
Mu Nanyan noticed their thoughts and decided to take action herself.
She threw the talisman paper out quickly, and the talisman paper seemed to have its own thoughts and stuck to every corner of the hall.
In order to survive, Wang Shu also fought for his life. He crashed into the talisman paper with his flesh and blood body.
The talisman paper couldn't withstand the impact and was broken into a hole by him. He seized the gap and escaped from it.
The rats also fled with him, and Zhu Jing followed them.
The Imperial Master picked up Mu Nanyan and chased after her.
Xuan Feng had been guarding outside, and seeing that the newcomers had ill intentions, he decided to eliminate them all.
"Hey, let's see where you can escape to." The black phoenix suddenly grew bigger and was even taller than the inn.
Everything on earth looks so small.
When Mu Nanyan saw Xuan Feng, she instantly felt relieved. Fortunately, Xuan Feng was there.
[Xiao Xuanzi, kill all those rats]
"Yes, Master." That was enough for it.
The mice seemed to sense her thoughts and no longer cared about the Taoist's life or death. They fled in all directions and scattered.
The poor Taoist priest fell to the side and watched the mouse leave.
Xuan Feng didn't care about that. When he saw the mice, he spewed flames from his mouth, trying to burn them to death.
