As the call ended, Xie Yi's gaze remained fixed on Qin Mo.
The latter's voice was silent and indifferent: "Say what you have to say."
"I will expose her for deliberately meeting with my parents." Xie Yi had always been wary of Lin Tan.
Qin Mo paused, his hand holding the cup still.
A moment later.
He said, "This was my idea, it had nothing to do with her, she initially refused."
Xie Yi: "But she still went."
Xie Yi: "You can't judge a book by its cover. You have to see what she got out of it. She initially refused, but eventually agreed and got to know my parents."
Qin Mo pursed his thin lips, all the words he wanted to say shattered into dust by Lin Tan's mocking words, and in the end all his words turned into one sentence: "Whatever."

Lin Tan went to the Xie family at the time Madam Jun had instructed.

Lin Tan could understand the previous one.
But the second one? When did she lie?
