"Chen Shuo'an! Come out here right now!"
Chen Siyu stood menacingly at Shen Lingfeng's door, and immediately spotted the figure huddled under the table.
She wanted to go in and grab him, but Shen Lingfeng blocked her way, not giving an inch.
Chen Siyu tapped Shen Lingfeng's chest and said with a fake smile, "Sir, please let me through. I need to speak with that young boy."
You can't hit a smiling face, so Shen Lingfeng smiled brightly as well, "It's just that the wood ear mushrooms were picked out at lunch, talk it out nicely, don't hit me~"
Hearing that someone was backing him up, Chen Shuo'an gained courage and said with his greasy little mouth, "That's right, that's right, Mommy, don't hit me!"
Chen Siyu gritted her teeth and tossed her phone to Shen Lingfeng. "I wouldn't be so angry if it was just picky eating, but the problem is that he gave all the wood ear mushrooms to the kid next to him, and now that kid has indigestion, and his parents and teachers have come to complain."

She pushed Shen Lingfeng aside and squatted down in front of the table. "First of all, being a picky eater is bad. All kinds of vegetables are nutritious. Even if you don't like them, you have to eat a few bites. If you don't eat, you won't grow tall."
Seeing that Chen Siyu's voice had softened, Chen Shuo'an was no longer so afraid. He nodded and said, "Okay, I promise I won't be picky about food anymore."
As they were talking, Shen Lingfeng came over. "Secondly, don't give your leftovers to other children. It's unhygienic, and they might get sick. If you don't want to eat them next time, just throw them away."
Hearing his father say he was sick, Chen Shuo'an became a little anxious, "Is Lele sick?"
Chen Siyu took a tissue from the table and wiped the child's mouth. "Yes, Lele is sick. He ate too much at noon and his stomach hurts a little."
Chen Shuo'an lowered his head in shame and said softly, "I didn't mean to, I didn't know it would turn out like this..."
Shen Lingfeng gently stroked the child's soft hair and said comfortingly, "Talk to Lele properly when the time comes, and I believe he won't blame you."
Now that this matter is settled, the mother and daughter should go back for dinner.
As the child crawled out, Chen Siyu glanced at the noodles on the table, and she knew without even stirring that they were clumped together.
"You're going to eat this?" Chen Siyu asked.
Shen Lingfeng scratched his head a little embarrassedly, "I'm the only one eating at home, so I'm too lazy to cook. I'll just boil some noodles and call it a day."
Looking at the bowl of plain noodles, Chen Shuo'an grabbed Shen Lingfeng's hand and said, "Dad, come eat with us! Mom made cola chicken wings!"
The words were spoken by his son, but Shen Lingfeng's gaze was fixed on Chen Siyu.
Chen Shuo'an cooperated, leaning against his mother's leg and saying, "Mom, let Dad eat!"
With the father and son working together, how could Chen Siyu refuse? She patted Chen Shuo'an's head and said, "Okay, okay, let's eat together."
Usually, the five of us eat together, but today our parents went out to play and my younger sister went to school, leaving only the young people at home who have to go to work.
Chen Siyu didn't control the amount of food well when cooking; there was indeed a bit too much.
Shen Lingfeng came over to eat, and it just so happens he can help out.
It was a rare occasion for the three of them to eat together, and Chen Shuo'an seemed particularly happy, glancing at his mother one moment and then at his father the next.
Shen Lingfeng found it amusing, but kindly reminded him to be a little quieter, otherwise he would get scolded again if he fell or knocked over something.
Chen Siyu didn't think that way. She was in a good mood and asked with a smile, "Why are you so happy?"
The child shook his head. "I like it when my mom and dad eat together."
These words came so suddenly that Chen Siyu didn't know how to respond for a moment. She didn't want to make empty promises to the child, so she simply pretended not to hear them.
Seeing that she didn't respond, Shen Lingfeng said, "Mom and Dad are busy with work, so how about we try to eat together more often in the future?"
The child certainly thought it was good. He nodded and continued eating happily.
After dinner, the child went to Shen Lingfeng's room.
Chen Siyu cautioned, "Don't stay out too late tonight, and don't just do whatever he says, okay?"
Shen Lingfeng lifted the child on his back. "Okay, we'll go to bed at 9 p.m. sharp!"
With the child returning to Shen Lingfeng tonight, Chen Siyu can happily enjoy her own time.
Around 9 o'clock, while she was watching the climax of her movie, there was a knock on her door. She turned off the sound and found it was Xiaoshanzhu calling.
Chen Siyu quickly ran over, "What's wrong? What's wrong? Mom's here."
Wearing a cream-colored dinosaur pajama, Xiao Shanzhu grabbed her hand, almost jumping up in anxiety, "Mommy, Daddy's tummy hurts, he's sweating from the pain, I'm scared!"
Chen Siyu gently patted the child's face reassuringly, "Okay, Mommy will go check on you. Don't rush, go back to your own bed and lie down. Mommy is going to take Daddy's medicine and will be back in a little while."
After comforting Xiaoshanzhu, Chen Siyu took her medicine box and thermos to find Shen Lingfeng.
After knocking twice, I received a very quiet "Come in."
As soon as Chen Siyu opened the door, she saw Shen Lingfeng, who was pale-faced and clutching his stomach. He was squatting by the bed, as if he was looking for something.
