He first bowed to Wei Qinglou and addressed him as "Lord Wei," then straightened up, looked at Zhu Jiayu, and addressed her familiarly as "Miss Zhu."
Zhu Jiayu smiled and said, "Young Master Rong."
Upon seeing this, Wei Qinglou suddenly clenched his fist, placed it to his lips, and began to cough violently.
Zhu Jiayu, as expected, didn't bother with pleasantries with Rong Heng and immediately got up to go to Wei Qinglou's side: "What's wrong, Lord Wei? Could it be that you've been working hard these past few days and caught a cold?"
Wei Qinglou coughed laboriously, answering her intermittently, "About...cough cough cough, cough cough...about that..."
Upon hearing this, Zhu Jiayu said, "Go back to your room and rest well. I'll go and fetch a doctor for you."
Just as Wei Qinglou was about to speak, Rong Heng suddenly said, "Why bother Miss Zhu? My attendant happens to know some medicine. Wei Qinglou lowered his hand from his chest and said with a forced smile, "There's no need to trouble Young Master Rong. I suddenly feel like I'm not in so much pain anymore."

Zhu Jiayu was in a state of confusion and didn't notice his form of address. She nodded, and only after sitting back down did she belatedly realize what he meant, but it was too late.
It's just a form of address; she couldn't very well ask Wei Qinglou to change how she addressed him.
Rong Heng observed the interaction between the two, smiled slightly, and did not point out Wei Qinglou's clumsy acting skills. After all, Zhu Jiayu seemed completely unaware of his intentions, so why should he bother to enlighten the person involved?
He turned his gaze to Zhu Jiayu and said gently, "I heard that Miss Zhu was here, so I wanted to come and see her. I also heard that Songjiang City was short of food and medicine, so I brought some over. Now that I see that Miss Zhu is safe and sound, I can finally put my mind at ease."
Zhu Jiayu thanked him politely with a calm expression, but inwardly she had some doubts.
The Rong Heng she knew was never a good person. He didn't like to do things that were in vain, and every word and action he took had a purpose.
She didn't believe he had just come to visit her and casually brought food and medicine.
He must have some ulterior motive.
