"The person has disappeared."
The middle-aged man slowly touched the antenna on his temple with his finger, a slight smile playing on his lips.
He squinted and looked in the direction of the safe base. In the distance, he saw two small dots getting closer and closer to him.
From two small black dots, they slowly transformed into the silhouette of a person.
"Found it."
The middle-aged man raised an eyebrow, still maintaining a calm and composed demeanor, and even took out a pack of cigarettes from his pocket with great interest.
A fiery flame spilled from his fingertips and lit a cigarette, which soon became shrouded in smoke.
Even after Bai Xizhu and Leng Yebai used their control to jump in front of the man, the middle-aged man remained calm and composed.

Bai Xizhu's gaze fell on the number 9 on the blue overalls, her eyes deep and thoughtful.

The middle-aged man saw Bai Xizhu looking at the numbers on her work clothes and didn't try to hide anything. Instead, he explained it with great interest.
“We are far more successful than that good-for-nothing Wang Ge. He and his son thought they could become gods just by transplanting a powerful crystal core. That’s just wishful thinking.”
“In our area, Wang Ge is at best considered a defective product.”
"You two have very good special abilities, they're quite unique, and you're much better qualified than the Red Feather we've been eyeing. Would you like to consider joining our organization—Flame?"
As the middle-aged man spoke, he slowly put the cigarette case back into his pocket, a faint smile on his face.
