Chapter 902 Zombie Safe Zone

The streets were quiet, without a sound.

But under the moonlight, there were shadowy figures everywhere.

Their bodies were twisted in a bizarre way, yet they were still managing to stand.

Some of the zombies were missing limbs, but their eyes were wide open.

The shadowy zombies stood silently in place, just like every day.

Whether it's day or night, whether it's windy or rainy.

Their existence seems to serve only to add a bit of rotting flesh to this world, giving this safe zone a more decadent atmosphere.

Zhang Yiming was not controlling them; his brainwaves were simply commanding the zombies not to leave the zombie safe zone.

The zombies were obedient; neither the zombie king nor any ordinary zombie disobeyed Zhang Yiming's orders.

Staying here means there's no flesh and blood left to devour.

The small animals here had already been hunted down and killed by the zombies at the very beginning.

This place has truly become a land of death, where decay is everywhere.

When ordinary zombies can no longer smell the stimulation of fresh blood and flesh, they truly become walking corpses, only knowing how to stand still in place.

They only come back to life when they smell fresh flesh and blood.

Zhang Yiming's gaze swept over the numerous zombies, and he could clearly smell the rotten odor in the air.

This was the smell he least wanted to smell, but from now on he would have to smell it every day.

Sometimes, having human senses as a zombie is a truly cruel thing.

"Brother Zhang, Tangtang and his parents have finished their test papers!"

A small figure hopped and skipped up behind Zhang Yiming, his voice filled with excitement.

He is unfortunate when he is the only one in the world being tormented by Brother Zhang and forced to write exam papers.

But when everyone else was doing the same test as him, and because he had done a lot before, he had become very skilled and could finish faster than everyone else.

This can no longer be called misfortune.

This is luck.

He enjoys seeing everyone else struggle with the problem while he finishes it – a true academic star.

He can also teach his parents to get closer to them, which feels really great.

"Okay, make one more."

Zhang Yiming didn't turn his head; his gaze fell on a rather shady little dot in the distance.

It looks like a burning flame.

"OK."

Fan Tangtang suddenly approached Zhang Yiming, slipped a piece of candy into Zhang Yiming's hand, and then skipped away.

Thanks to Brother Zhang, my parents can stay with me forever.

Fan Tangtang was incredibly happy. Even though he sometimes wanted his older sister to beat Brother Zhang to death, it didn't affect the image of Brother Zhang as a great man in his heart.

Zhang Yiming glanced down and saw a peach-flavored fruit candy lying quietly in his palm.

The candy wrapper had no markings on it, and no information about the manufacturer could be found.

Zhang Yiming knew that these were made by the Bai family, candies they had personally crafted.

Zhang Yiming rolled his fingers together, easily unwrapped the candy wrapper, then rewrapped it and put it in his pocket.

Zhang Yiming glanced at the ground; the top floor of the building was dozens of floors above the ground.

Zhang Yiming stood expressionless at the very edge, falling straight down.

Like a shooting star, it crashed heavily onto the ground.

Black blood, as black as ink, splattered out.

A cracking sound rang out as bones shifted.

In less than a minute, Zhang Yiming was back to normal, without even a tiny wound on his body.

The Zombie King possesses powerful healing abilities.

Furthermore, by incorporating the brainwaves of his future self, his strength grew even greater, and his personality became increasingly eccentric.

He was still Zhang Yiming, who protected Xiaozhu until his death, and he was also the Zhang Yiming who almost destroyed the entire Earth.

Zhang Yiming walked towards the direction of the scattered stars.

It looked far, but Zhang Yiming actually arrived in no time. It turned out that the tinder was too small, giving people a visual illusion.

Beside the small campfire, a female zombie with a blank stare stood still, holding a zombie baby covered in rotting flesh in her right hand.

In its left hand, it held some firewood.

Zhang Yiming watched until the flames were about to die out, then threw the firewood in his hand into the fire.

The flames soon became much brighter again.

Are zombies warming themselves by a fire?

Or is it simply a fear of the dark?

Early humans did not have fixed dwellings. In order to drive away wild animals, to see their surroundings, and to keep warm, early humans would light torches.

We will never let the seed of fire be extinguished in the darkness.

Zhang Yiming watched for a while, then his fingers twitched slightly, and instantly a dense chorus of footsteps filled the air around him.

The zombie safe zone is teeming with zombies; almost 90 percent of the world's population lives in this area.

Here, Zhang Yiming is the supreme ruler, able to summon billions of zombies with a wave of his hand.

Those summoned here by Zhang Yiming are all ordinary zombies.

They still don't seem very smart.

Zhang Yiming used his brainwaves to command them, making them imitate the female zombie and let themselves be roasted by the flames.

But these zombies didn't seem as smart as the female zombies, so they just stupidly got roasted.

Even with his clothes on fire, he remained calmly standing there, showing no intention of leaving.

This applies to all ordinary zombies.
