Su Jinli gently opened it and saw a piece of sweet osmanthus cake. The familiar aroma instantly filled her nose, the same smell as in the kitchen of the prime minister's mansion. She took a light bite, and the sweet taste spread across her tongue and into her heart. She narrowed her eyes slightly, enjoying the sweetness, and asked softly, "Where did it come from?"
"Madame Zhang made this specially," Jiang Yan looked at her, his eyes full of tenderness, "She said that she wanted us to be sweet and live together forever." His voice was filled with gratitude to Madame Zhang and cherishment for this sweet blessing.
