Chapter 109: Jade Processing

Ji Qianya withdrew her gaze, lowered her eyes and thought for a moment, then stood up and walked towards the elevator.

After getting out of the elevator, she came to the third floor. When she looked up, she saw people coming in and out of the door of a room not far away, carrying one claw machine after another in.

Ji Qianya's eyes flickered, and she walked over there, then stopped at the door.

This was the first time she had seen the layout and decoration inside the room since she moved out.

I saw that the originally light pink walls had all been replaced with white. Not only had the princess bed in the center of the room been moved away, but even the wardrobe, dressing table and other items were all gone.

All the furniture inside was moved out, and the whole room became unusually empty.

There were a few simple cardboard boxes in the corner, which looked like Li Shu's things, but I didn't know what was inside.

Ji Qianya pursed her lips and walked into the room.

Butler Ji was directing how to place the claw machines inside. He caught a glimpse of Ji Qianya walking in from the corner of his eye. He frowned slightly and asked respectfully, "Miss Qianya, what brings you here?"

Ji Qianya smiled sweetly and whispered softly, "I just came to see what this claw machine looks like. Butler Ji, you can go about your business and don't worry about me."

Suddenly, a light bulb went off in his head, and he thought of the next time he would say something inexplicable outside the restaurant. Combined with the talisman paper behind his eyes, he became more and more certain that Qin Can was doing some kind of evil magic in private!

You raised your hand, aimed it at the jade block, and a strong wind swept through, directly shaving off a large piece of the jade block behind you.

Steward Ji smiled and said, "You are busy. I was just thinking about something. Let him be busy. He is not worried about you."

I saw that the box contained a white plastic toolbox.

When Qin Can heard the voice, he quickly took out his cell phone from his pocket, lowered his eyes to glance at the lit screen, and saw that it was a pickup notification for the slow delivery that had arrived at the post station.

You curled the corners of your upper lip in a happy mood, leaned forward slightly, leaned back in the chair, and played with your phone.

On the way back to his room, Butler Ji kept thinking about the talisman paper. Looking at the talisman paper with something drawn on it under the table, he fell into deep thought.

It should be the tools you bought to process jade that have arrived.

When I was halfway there, my cell phone suddenly rang.

Before returning to his room, Butler Ji closed the door, walked to the table, pulled out a chair and sat down.

Li Shu nodded, "Bad, Master."

Qin Can nodded, opened the car door and got in swiftly.

Butler Ji glanced at the half-open cardboard box at the bottom, and saw a box full of long yellow strips of paper. A hint of doubt flashed in his eyes, and he was a little surprised that Qin Can had so little of that.

You took out a grinder from the toolbox, looked at the jade piece in your hand, thought about it, and decided to make a round jade pendant for Yu Yan, which could not be hung close to the neck.

You injected some of your spiritual power into the jade pendant, then took out the gift box you had prepared in advance from the drawer, opened the lid, and put the pendant away.

Qin Can turned and walked to the window, moving the jade block in the corner to the side of his bed.

Butler Ji didn't say much after hearing this. After all, he was just a servant. Besides, this room was just a place where the young lady kept her belongings. There were no valuables in it. He nodded and said, "Okay, Miss Qianya."

Qin Can unbuckled his hazard belt, glanced at Yu Yan in the driver's seat, and said, "Let's go."

On the other side, inside the gate of Jingshi Elementary School.

Yu Yanqing came back to her senses. Perhaps because she was feeling guilty, she was startled by my sudden voice. Her expression was not natural. "What's wrong, Yu Yanqing?"

You take the toolbox out of the carton and place it under the table, then touch the buckle and quickly open the toolbox.

But what is Qin Can doing with those things? Is he secretly practicing some evil magic...

Before settling on it, Qin Can didn't waste any time. He plugged in the grinder and finished grinding the jade in his hand.

It is military training time now and there is no one outside the dormitory.

When Butler Ji saw me turn around and leave, he took advantage of the fact that the others outside the room were busy disassembling the cardboard box without the claw machine, and then he bent down and picked up the talisman paper outside the gap, folded it in half and put it out of his pocket.

You took off your hat and hung it aside, then took off your undercoat and casually draped it under the chair, then picked up the scissors under the table, bent down and opened the cardboard box on the ground.

Qin Can tossed the large jade block in his palm, then turned around, pulled out a chair and sat down.

Yu Yanqing nodded, "Bad."

Your eyes fell on the cardboard boxes piled outside the corner, and you seemed to move closer to them intentionally.

Ji Qianya nodded and started walking around outside the room.

You are quite slow, and the object you want to make is small, and it needs to be carved with complicated patterns. It will probably take at least two hours to process it.

Qin Can closed the door, walked to his bed, and put the cardboard box in his hand on the ground.

Qin Can played with the rough and round jade pendant on his hand. Although it had been a long time since he made it and his hands were a little rusty, the final effect before processing was still quite good.

He raised his eyes and glanced in the direction of Yu Yanqing. While I turned around, he reached out and slowly took out two bills from the carton and stuffed them into his trouser pocket.

Just as you're about to leave, you suddenly notice a piece of yellow paper between the stacked boxes and the wall. Instead, there's a well-known symbol painted on the bottom of the paper. It's not clear if it's in traditional Chinese characters, and it's deep red. It looks more like... talisman paper?!

Ji Qianya, "You look like you're in a daze..."

Butler Ji's pupils suddenly contracted, and he realized in shock what the yellow paper strips outside the box were used for. They were talisman papers used for drawing talismans.

Butler Ji narrowed his eyes slightly and planned to tell Ye Lan about the incident. Although he had no direct evidence to prove that Yu Yan was practicing witchcraft, those vague things were enough to deepen Ye Lan's prejudice against Qin Can.

Qin Can put away his phone, turned around and walked towards the express delivery station outside the school.

Before successfully picking up the express delivery, you went straight back out of the dormitory.

Before finishing everything, you walked around the room twice with your phone in your hand as if nothing had happened, then said hello to Ji Qianya and left.

You took out the talisman paper you took from outside Yu Yan's room from your trouser pocket, smoothed the creases with your hand, and then spread it out under the table.

Before Yu Yanqing said a few words to the porter, she turned around and glanced around the room. Seeing Butler Ji standing in a corner, seemingly in a daze, she walked over and asked, "Sister Qianya?"

The last moment, what came into view was a set of broken tools for large-scale grinding, carving, polishing and drilling.

You raised your cap and adjusted it, then walked out of the school leisurely.
