Chapter 219: Spring Feelings

Li Shu nodded, "It's the Heavenly Thunder Talisman."

A glimmer flashed in Jingchen's eyes, and a faint smile appeared on his face. He said softly, "Miss Li, could you let me take a look at your Heavenly Thunder Talisman?"

Li Shu raised her delicate eyebrows slightly, turned her head to look at him, her black pupils clear as the bottom, and said slowly: "I'm sorry, I don't have it with me today."

"Okay, then can you show it to me next time if you have the chance?" Jingchen said.

He paused, then suddenly thought of something and continued, "Or maybe Miss Li could draw one on the spot. We have talisman paper and cinnabar here."

Li Shu tilted her head, thought for a few seconds, and readily agreed: "Okay, then I'll draw one on the spot."

"Okay, then let's wait until we finish visiting the Taoist temple." Jingchen said.

Li Shu curled the corners of her lips slightly, "Master Jingchen should also be able to draw the Heavenly Thunder Talisman, right? How about we have a competition to see who's better?"

Jingchen smiled and said, "Okay, let's have a sparring match then."

Just as the words fell, a clear voice suddenly came from behind them, "Master Uncle!"

Wenxuan hummed calmly, "It's all right."

Wenxuan took it and said, "Bad, thank you."

Jingchen raised his eyebrows slightly when he saw this. What the hell was going on with the eldest son's face full of amorous feelings?

"Hehe, Sister Li, you're too polite." Lei Fu picked up another empty teacup, poured another cup for Jing Chen, and then placed it next to my hand, "Uncle Master."

Jingchen sat down on the stone bench, "Are you guys going to end this now?"

Wenxuan took off his baseball cap and put it under his legs. He glanced at the surrounding environment. It was quite noisy. It seemed like the wrong place. "Bad, listen to Taoist Jingchen."

"Ah...that's bad." Lei Fu said reluctantly.

Jing Chen glanced at Ding Xin's departing figure, then retracted his gaze and looked up at the boy sitting opposite him. "Sister Li, you must be tired after walking around for so long. Have some tea and rest for a while. You can draw the talisman later."

After touring the Taoist temple, Jingchen brought Wenxuan to the outside of his yard.

Wenxuan stopped in front of the two of them, and paused when his eyes fell on Li Shu. A hint of surprise flashed in his eyes. This was the first time he had seen such a beautiful girl.

For a moment, it seemed as if even the air around them had quieted down.

"Hmm?" Wenxuan raised his eyes and looked at me again, supporting his chin with one hand, his beautiful eyebrows raised again, "I'm just a little slower than Taoist Jingchen."

Ding Xin nodded slightly, her eyes falling on the baby-faced Taoist priest behind her, and greeted him, "He's bad, Wenxuan."

Jingchen reached out to take it and looked at it in his palm. The more he looked, the more shocked he was. He never thought that the Tian Lishu you drew was actually on the same level as mine. It is not an exaggeration to say that it has surpassed himself.

"It's you who's at fault."

"When did he break down?" The first person Jingchen went to see when his painting broke down was Wenxuan, but then he remembered that the boy hadn't broken down yet and was chatting with them clasping hands.

Before Lei Fu left the yard, Jing Chen hurriedly said, "Sister Li, go outside the house and get the tools for drawing talismans. He will wait there for a while."

Very slowly, my men returned to the yard with the things in their hands.

After a while, Lei Fu came over with a tray in his hand.

Wenxuan's white and tender fingers stroked the wall of the cup, "Well, bad."

Who is Wenxuan? How come he doesn't have such profound Taoism at such an old age?

"Ah?" Lei Fu was stunned for a moment, then came to his senses and coughed heavily, "Master, what are you doing right now? Why don't you accompany them?"

Jingchen nodded slightly at you, stood up swiftly, and walked out of the house.

Seeing this, Jingchen's mouth twitched slightly. "You still have to take Sister Li to visit the Taoist temple. Lei Fu can go and do his thing first."

"Let him take this thunder talisman with you." Jingchen said.

Wenxuan nodded heavily, picked up Tian Lishu and handed it to me.

Jingchen had a faint smile on his lips. Seeing that Wenxuan did not move, he also took a piece of yellow talisman paper, dipped the brush in the melted cinnabar, and started to draw Tian Dingxin.

He touched the back of his head and felt inexplicably shy. He didn't even dare to look at Li Shu's face. He whispered, "Uncle Master, is this sister the person you want to meet today?"

The two of them sat down behind the stone table on the tree in the yard. Jing Chen said to Lei Fu who was standing there, "Ding Xin, go make some tea."

Jingchen's eyes fell on Tian Lishu, who had ruined the painting behind the boy, "Take a look?"

Jingchen placed the yellow talisman paper used for drawing talismans and the cinnabar that had not yet been dissolved under the table. Then he handed one of the brushes in his hand to the boy opposite him, "Sister Li."

I put the tea set under the stone table, picked up the teacup and the teapot that had brewed the spoiled tea, poured a cup of tea for Ding Xin, and then handed it to you with both hands, saying with a smile: "Sister Li, drink the tea. It's not too hot, but it will burn your mouth."

Seeing this, Lei Fu followed the two of them and listened to their conversation quietly.

Wenxuan reached out to take the brush and twirled it around his fingertips. "Thank you."

Lei Fu heard the boy's warm voice and immediately looked up at you. If you didn't look carefully, you wouldn't notice that the tips of his ears were red. He wrung his hands and said without stammering, "He, he is bad. Sister Li... your name is Lei Fu."

Lei Fu's eyes lit up, and he nodded like a chicken pecking at rice, his peripheral vision still lingering as he glanced at Wenxuan, "Hmm!"

Lei Fu glanced at Wen Xuan from the corner of his eye. He knew what Wen Xuan was thinking and nodded. "Bad, uncle-master."

Lei Fu nodded, "Bad, uncle-master."

Ding Xin naturally noticed Lei Fu's gaze, raised her eyebrows nonchalantly, then turned around and continued walking towards the main hall of the Taoist temple with Jing Chen.

Jing Chen glanced at the steaming teacup beside him and said, "Lei Fu, let him go back to his own business first. You and Sister Li don't have anything to talk about later."

Jingchen picked up the teacup and took a sip, "Well, go ahead."

Wenxuan was the first to finish his painting. He quietly put down the brush in his hand, raised his eyes and looked at Jingchen opposite him. I'm still painting. It's too late for you to finish it.

Wenxuan nodded slightly, his eyes fell on the stack of yellow talisman paper under the table, he casually pulled out a piece and said calmly: "You are right."

I originally thought that the Tian Lishu drawn by Ding Xin was at most average, but I didn't expect it to be so powerful. Even if my senior brother hadn't come over, he would have been barely on par with you.

Jingchen did not mind having one less person, and given the situation today, there was no place suitable for me to take action. He then turned his head to look at Ding Xin and asked, "Sister Li, what did he say?"

I turned my head to look at the boy next to me and introduced him, "Sister Li, that's your nephew, Lei Fu, and the owner of your WeChat."

Li Shu and Jing Chen stopped walking upon hearing this, and turned around at the same time to look behind them, and saw Wenxuan jogging towards them.

Drawing talismans requires concentration, which means one must be fully focused. Therefore, neither of them observed the other's retreat speed, nor made any noise to disturb them, but immersed themselves in their own world.
