Chapter 125 Utter Rebellion

Wen Yi and Xiao Kongkong walked side by side toward the Wen family hall.

Clang.

Wen placed both hands on the door and pushed it open forcefully.

The Wen family's banquet was in full swing, with guests raising their glasses and chatting happily. They were all startled by the sudden opening of the door and turned around to look.

Xiao Kongkong was wearing a long black dress and had her hair up; she still looked quite ladylike.

Wen Yi wore a white t-shirt, black slim-fit pants, and white sneakers. When everyone looked at her, Wen Yi naturally combed her long hair into a bun.

When Wen Yi first learned that she was to be married in place of another woman, she was still slightly chubby with a fleshy face, but now she is so thin that her face is almost devoid of flesh.

Wen Yi stepped in under everyone's gaze.

Wen's mother was the first to react, stepping out from the crowd, still holding the wine glass in her hand.

"Why did you suddenly come back?" Wen's mother frowned, her tone towards Wen Yi not very friendly.

At this moment, Mr. Wen also came out, put his wine glass aside, and looked very serious.

"Knowing that we are having guests at home, you still dress like this, making others laugh at our Wen family for not being strict with their family discipline."

From what Wen's father said, it was clear that he knew that Wen Yi had just called Wen Ge and that a banquet was being held at home, and that it was no small matter because of its connection with the Gu family.

Father Wen was scolding Wen Yi for not knowing manners.

However, Wen Yi found his father's last sentence, "The Wen family's family education is not strict," extremely ridiculous.

Wen Yi did indeed laugh out loud.

That sarcastic, sharp smile immediately displeased Mr. Wen.

"Wen Yi, there are so many guests, don't force me to slap you in front of them," Wen's father warned in a low voice.

Wen's mother put the wine glass aside and went forward to try to pull Wen Yi away, but Wen Yi dodged her.

When Wen Yi tried to avoid him, his eyes showed particular disgust and repulsion.

Wen's mother immediately became furious, "Wen Yi, is this how you treat your parents?"

"Of course not."

Wen responded quickly, but the next second, she raised her hand and slapped Wen's mother across the face.

The sound of a 'slap' was loud, the blow was heavy, and the sound of the slap filled the entire banquet hall, stunning everyone present.

Not to mention the people at the scene, even Wen's mother herself was stunned and couldn't react. She stared at Wen Yi, unable to utter a word for a long time.

"Rebellious daughter!" When Wen's father realized what was happening and was about to step forward to deal with Wen Yi, Xiao Kongkong stepped forward and stood between Wen Yi and Xiao Kongkong.

Wen Yi pulled Xiao Kongkong back, "Let him come over."

Wen Yi was heartbroken. Her voice was damaged when she was in the hospital, and now her voice was hoarse and shrill, which didn't sound very pleasant.

Wen's father stared at Wen Yi with a stern face and eyes as sharp as knives. After Xiao Kongkong stepped back to Wen Yi's side, Wen Yi stepped forward, took the wine glass from Wen's mother's hand, and splashed it on Wen's father's face.

They moved very quickly.

Before Wen's father could even raise his hand to touch Wen Yi's face, he was already hit with a glass of red wine.

"Wen Yi!"

Father Wen gritted his teeth and glared angrily at Wen Yi, "Do you even know what you're doing right now!"

"Of course I know," Wen Yi replied even faster, staring at her father and her mother, who had already somewhat recovered.

They never imagined that one day their useless eldest daughter would not only slap them in the face in front of all the guests, but also throw wine at them.

Wen Yi looked at them with a cold smile, "All these behaviors of mine were taught to me by you. This is what I learned from you..."

He paused abruptly, then said, slowly and deliberately, "Filial piety!"

"Nonsense!"

Father Wen roared, "Butler, prepare the family discipline for me!"

"Dad, Dad."

Wen Ge stepped out from among the guests and hurriedly grabbed her father, "Dad, did something happen? My sister isn't like that. Can we just listen to what she has to say?"

“Look at me, and then look at your mother. It was all done by your good sister. Do you think we need to listen to what she has to say?” Father Wen questioned.

Wen Ge was anxious, wanting to say something but unable to, and hurriedly looked at Wen Yi, "Sister, can you explain yourself? Can you apologize? I don't want our family to end up fighting each other like enemies."

Wen Ge cried.

As the guests watched this grand spectacle unfold at the Wen family home, everyone was shocked by Wen Yi's behavior. To treat his parents like that was utterly devoid of manners and upbringing.

Such treason will be punished by Heaven.

This second young lady, even at this critical juncture, is still speaking up for her rebellious older sister; she's simply too kind.

"Sister, please say something, okay?" Wen Ge pleaded.

Wen Yi smiled and, just as Wen Ge meant, said, "I said, my behavior today is all learned from my parents; they taught me everything."

“My parents taught me not to take them seriously. They also taught me that after killing my parents, I could just leave them in the hospital morgue and ignore them, leaving my parents as unclaimed urns at the crematorium.”

As Wen Yi spoke these words, his chest heaved with blood and his throat was filled with a strong, metallic taste of blood.

She clenched her fists tightly, staring intently at Mr. and Mrs. Wen, trying to catch the look of astonishment on their faces.

Their astonishment stemmed not from knowing their parents were in the morgue, but from the fact that Wen Yi knew.

Wen Yi took out his phone and dialed Luo Yi's number.

"However, I can't just copy my parents exactly, or it would be too much. So, I hope my parents can teach me a lesson."

When Wen turned around, people outside were already carrying two coffins in.

Amidst the glittering banquet, the two stark black coffins stood out starkly against the backdrop of deathly stillness. Some people, unable to bear the gloom, revealed expressions of disgust and retreated.

Wen stood straight.

The people from the Imperial Garden brought in two coffins and placed them properly in the hall.

Wen Yi didn't want to do that; he wanted to lift the coffin so that his grandparents would be watched like that even after they died, otherwise it would be even more stimulating.

She still preserved some dignity for her maternal grandparents.

"My father and mother, your parents are in coffins now. Please teach me how to treat them and how to handle this situation?"

Wen said expressionlessly, "Because of this, I can determine how to treat you a hundred years from now."

"Sister, sister!"

Wen Ge suddenly realized, "I know you're angry that Mom and Dad love me, but you can't bring two empty coffins at a time like this, hurting Mom and Dad's reputation and getting revenge."

Wen Ge's voice wasn't very loud, but it was loud enough for everyone in the audience to hear.

As long as the coffin isn't opened, this will become a farcical and unreasonable act by Wen Yi to cause conflict between him and his parents and upset them.
