Chapter 2: Does my sister intend to take responsibility for me?

He took out a tissue to wipe Wen's face, but Wen retreated step by step, while he advanced step by step.

Just as Wen Yi's legs gave way and she almost fell, Gu Huaixu suddenly stepped forward, hooked his arm around Wen Yi's waist, and pulled her into his embrace.

He's young, but his chest and abdominal muscles are anything but weak.

Overwhelmed by hormones, Wen Yi felt completely at a loss.

Just as she tried to struggle, Gu Huaixu held her even tighter.

He looked at Wen Yi with an innocent and hurt expression.

"Sister, are you trying to hide? You ran away this morning too...Aren't you going to take responsibility for me?"

"Sister...it was my first time yesterday."

"It's not like this isn't my first time..." Wen Yi blurted out, and as soon as she finished speaking, looking at Gu Huaixu's bright, charming eyes, she felt a little overwhelmed...

"So, is my sister planning to take responsibility for me?" Gu Huaixu asked, then smiled shyly, "I'll take responsibility for my sister too."

"Negative, negative..."

"Wen Yi, what are you doing in there?" His mother called out from the doorway, clearly intending to come over. Wen Yi was so frightened that he broke free from Gu Huaixu.

Gu Huaixu persisted, "Will my sister take responsibility?"

The sound of approaching footsteps filled her ears. Wen panicked and quickly said, "I...I'll take responsibility."

A card was slipped into her hand. "Come to the room tonight, I'll apply medicine to your sister."

"Okay, okay, you go in first."

Seeing that her mother was about to come over, Wen Yi agreed to everything and pushed Gu Huaixu into the bathroom.

Looking at her reflection in the mirror, her face was burning red, and she was trying to figure out how to cover it up when her mother came in...

"Wen Yi, I'm warning you, if you have any complaints, don't show them in front of the Gu family and embarrass your sister!"

She was only focused on criticizing, ignoring the blush on Wen Yi's face and the room key she was clutching in her hand.

Indeed, why would a mother focus her attention on her?

Wen Yi followed her mother back to the living room.

No sooner had she left than her younger brother, whom she had just assigned to oversee, came out of the restroom and stood on the sink, slowly washing his hands.

When she looked up, her eyes were deep and dark, and a playful and amusing smile appeared on her lips.

His entire demeanor was completely different from the obedient and innocent puppy he had just been.

Dangerous, sharp, mysterious.

"Sister." His voice was a deep, husky baritone as he murmured amusingly, "Sister, you're a little shy."
