Su Yang originally wanted to deliberately test the system, but he didn't expect the system to not be fooled and still said it was a dream.
"Then it seems that it really was a dream. It's strange, why would I have such a dream?"
Su Yang couldn't figure it out and was too lazy to think about it anymore. He got up and walked back to the living room to turn off the lights, then returned to the bedroom.
Looking at the sleeping Pan Ning, he secretly breathed a sigh of relief and climbed onto the bed and fell into a deep sleep.
......
Around eight o'clock in the morning, Su Yang woke up in a daze.
Because of that real dream, he didn't sleep well last night. He opened his eyes and looked to the side.
Pan Ning had already woken up and was lying down looking at her phone.
"Awake?" Pan Ning said easily.
"Yeah, are you feeling better?" Su Yang sat up and leaned against the head of the bed.
"I just took my temperature and it's down to 38.4 degrees."
"That's good, but your body temperature hasn't returned to normal yet. You'll need to take more medicine after you eat something."
Pan Ning turned to look at Su Yang: "Then make breakfast for me."
"No problem, what do you want to eat?"
"I want some porridge."
"Can."
Pan Ning still looked a little weak. She looked at Su Yang and whispered softly, "Why do you look so listless? Did you catch it from me?"
As she spoke, she reached out and touched Su Yang's forehead.
Su Yang smiled faintly: "I'm fine, I just didn't sleep well."
Pan Ning felt it carefully and nodded: "Well, it's not hot. Why didn't you sleep well?"
"Don't mention it, didn't I have a dream last night..."
"Oh, right. You haven't told me what kind of dream you had that made you unable to sleep well?"
Su Yang thought for a moment and said, "I dreamed that you were killed... Uh, no, to be more precise, you were pushed down the stairs."
Pan Ning's eyes widened as she heard this, her face flabbergasted. "What a mess!"
"I set the alarm for three last night, thinking I'd get up in the middle of the night to check your temperature and see if you needed more fever-reducing medicine."
"I set the alarm and went to sleep normally. When it rang, I opened my eyes and found you weren't in bed. I thought you were getting up to go to the bathroom, but I called out to you twice and you didn't respond, so I got up to look for you."
Su Yang glanced at Pan Ning and continued, "You weren't in the bathroom. I thought you were thirsty and ran to the living room to drink some water. Do you know what I saw when I walked into the living room?"
Pan Ning swallowed unconsciously when she heard this, "What?"
"I saw you arguing with a woman standing on the living room balcony."
"What?" Pan Ning suddenly got goosebumps all over her body.
Seeing this, Su Yang reached out and touched Pan Ning's arm. "Don't say you have goose bumps. I was shocked when I saw this scene last night."
"I subconsciously hid by the wall and watched. I saw you and another woman arguing for a while and then stopped. I thought I was too lazy to hide anymore. This is my house, why should I hide? I was just about to go over and call you, and then..."
"Then...what?" Pan Ning asked fearfully.
"Then the woman picked you up and pushed you off the balcony. I was stunned. But I reacted immediately. I screamed and was about to rush over to kill her. Then I woke up, and you know what happened next."
Pan Ning stared at Su Yang thoughtfully, "Why a woman?"
"I don't know. Besides, that person was about the same height as you. There were no lights on at night, and there was some reflection from the balcony windows, so I couldn't see what she looked like clearly. But she had a good figure, better than yours."
Pan Ning was listening attentively when Su Yang suddenly said this.
She rolled her eyes at Su Yang and asked, "Why did she push me down the stairs?"
"How should I know? I didn't hear you guys arguing. Anyway, she pushed you down the stairs. That's why I said this dream was scarier than a ghost chasing me."
He took a sip of the water from the bedside table and continued, "It was so real. The moment the alarm went off and I woke up, it was exactly the same as when I woke up at night to watch the game. Dreams can't be this real."
"But if it wasn't a dream, I would have fallen off the building and died by now." Pan Ning said lightly.
"Pfft, ffff, ffff, what's with all the death? That was just a dream. I was just sighing at the sense of reality. It was too real, really."
"But..." Su Yang said, looking into Pan Ning's eyes, "Do you have any female friends in your life who are about the same height as you, with a curvy figure? But not fat, and with a body shape similar to yours?"
Pan Ning thought for a moment and said, "No."
She immediately added, "I don't have such a friend, but if I had to know someone like that...it would be..."
"Who?" Su Yang approached Pan Ning and asked curiously.
"Meng Qianyu is Meng Wenzhou's biological sister and my cousin." Pan Ning said as she looked at Su Yang.
Su Yang was stunned and frowned: "Meng Qianyu? Wait, wait, my brain is about to explode. Why would Meng Qianyu want to harm you?"
Pan Ning rolled her eyes: "This isn't your dream, how should I know?"
"No, I always feel that something is wrong with this dream, like it's a sign. Recently, Lao Meng told me that his sister is returning to China. The name Meng Qianyu has appeared in my mind several times, and the person in my dream looks a lot like Meng Qianyu. What the hell?"
"She's coming back soon, and I'm having this dream again, you... me... her."
Pan Ning tilted her head and looked at Su Yang: "What are you talking about?"
"By the way, what hairstyle does Meng Qianyu usually like?" Su Yang suddenly asked.
