The wine was served quickly, and after everyone poured it, they raised their glasses, clinked them together in the air, and drank it all.
Next we played games and drank, and the joyful atmosphere lasted until half past twelve in the morning.
Everyone except Su Yang and Pan Ning was a little dizzy from drinking.
Considering that we had to catch a flight the next day and everyone had drunk enough, we dispersed before one o'clock and went back to our rooms to rest.
Zhuang Mengli drank a little too much today, and she also went to bed late last night, so after returning to her room, she went straight to bed without sending any messages to Su Yang.
The same went for Gary and Winnie. They were even more drunk than Zhuang Mengli and fell asleep as soon as they returned to their room.
Nothing happened that night.
At 7:30 in the morning on September 30th, Su Yang woke up early. The weather was still good today, with clear skies.
The short and slightly bumpy trip to the island country came to an end. I had originally planned to find an uninhabited island by the sea to try out island survival, but none of the girls were interested so we didn’t go.
The next thing Su Yang had to do after returning to China was to compete with professional rally drivers.
Su Yang had promised Qin Su before, and since he had agreed to help her with the racing, he would not stand her up. If she didn't agree, he would still try his best to do it.
Of course, it was also because Qin Su was beautiful, otherwise he probably wouldn't have agreed at the beginning.
"After returning to Haicheng today, I'll go to my parents' house for dinner, and then contact Qin Su tomorrow or the day after tomorrow to help her deal with the matter. Once that's done, we can almost start the next mission."
"Every day is so fulfilling now, with one task after another. I will keep working hard!"
Half an hour later, everyone else got up, packed their luggage and had a simple breakfast in the restaurant.
After breakfast, everyone said goodbye to Han So-yeon, Gary and the other six, and then took the hotel's special car to Zahuang Chitose International Airport.
The plane was delayed for twenty minutes and took off at ten fifty.
It takes about four hours to fly from Zahuang to Shanghai. We took a nap in the sky, and the plane landed safely at Shanghai Xinqiao International Airport at three o'clock in the afternoon.
As soon as I returned to Shanghai, the temperature instantly soared from 20 degrees to 33 degrees, and the feeling of summer was back.
Zhuang Mengli and Jiang Xiaotang said goodbye to a few people and took a car home. The others waited at the airport for an hour and then boarded a flight to Haicheng.
After a whole day's journey, Su Yang and others finally returned to Haicheng at 6:30.
Because we had been traveling abroad for several days, everyone went home after returning to Haicheng.
Su Yang took a taxi and headed towards the Siji Yunting community where his parents lived.
In the car, the phone rang.
"Hey, Dad."
"Should we get off the plane?" asked Su Dagang on the other end of the phone.
"I got off and am in a taxi now. It will be here in about half an hour."
"Okay, your mom is already cooking. We'll have dinner when you get back."
"Okay, do you have any wine, Dad?" Su Yang said with a smile.
"Wine? Of course there is. How can there be no wine where your dad is? You kid."
"Haha, that's good. I haven't had Chinese liquor in a few days. The liquor from the island country still tastes a bit off."
"It's okay to drink, but don't get addicted. It won't look good if you become an alcoholic at such a young age."
"I know, I'm not addicted."
"That's fine. I'll hang up first. I'm watching TV."
"Okay, see you later."
"Hey! Wait, wait!" Su Yang was about to hang up the phone when Su Dagang shouted hurriedly.
"What's wrong?"
"Isn't Xiao Pan with you?"
"No, she went home."
"Oh, I thought she was with you so I could ask your mom to cook more dishes."
"No, I'll bring her back another day."
"Okay, that's it."
After hanging up the phone, Su Yang leaned against the window and stared blankly at the scenery outside the car that was rapidly receding.
Thirty-five minutes later, Su Yang arrived at Room 01, 15th Floor, Building 2, Four Seasons Courtyard and rang the doorbell.
Although he bought the house, he forgot to leave himself a key and did not record his fingerprints.
Ding dong ding dong.
"Here I come!" Su Dagang's voice came from inside the house.
A few seconds later, the door opened. Su Dagang opened the door, looked at Su Yang and asked, "Don't you have a key?"
"No."
"You didn't record fingerprints?"
"I forgot."
"You kid is just a day, record one now, and then come back and open the door yourself later."
"Okay." Su Yang smiled, stood at the door, recorded a fingerprint, and then walked into the house.
A big house has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that it is spacious and comfortable. It won’t be crowded when relatives and friends come over, and it also gives you face.
The downside is that if it is too big, it will feel a little lacking in warmth.
For example, when I went back to our old house in Yangcheng, I could hear my mother busy in the kitchen as soon as I entered the house.
Now there is almost no sound in this house. From the front door to the kitchen, you have to pass through the entrance hall, the extra-large living room and dining room, and a tea room before you can reach the kitchen. The area is too large.
Su Yang closed the door and followed Su Dagang to the living room, then turned towards the kitchen and shouted, "Mom, I'm back!"
"Hey! Okay, come and sit down, the meal will be ready soon!" Chen Liping replied from the kitchen.
Su Dagang said with a smile: "Come and sit down. How was your trip to the island country with your friends? Was it fun?"
Su Yang walked over to the sofa and lay down. "How should I put it? Overall it's okay, but they are all East Asian countries, and in many aspects they are not much different. There is no strong feeling of being in a foreign country."
Hearing this, Su Dagang frowned and said, "What are you talking about? I don't understand what you mean by thick or thin."
"I mean, a lot of things on the island feel similar to ours, especially the people who look the same, so it's like I haven't been abroad."
