Long Jingyuan lowered his head, a helpless smile playing on his lips, and muttered softly, "Stubborn guy, he's such a worry."

A sweet voice brought a girl with silver chains wrapped around her ankles, the chains jingling as she was pulled out of the hall, swaying precariously. She wore an ice-blue cropped top that revealed her slender and beautiful waist, and slightly loose fringed trousers that hugged her long, straight legs.
She looked somewhat young and youthful, yet possessed a stunning figure, with a pearl earring in each ear that shimmered in the light.
The girl looked around, her eyelids drooping.
"Where's A-Yu? Why did he leave so quickly?"
"What?" Long Jingyuan tilted his head to listen, and asked with a smile.
The two were separated by a distance that was neither too far nor too great, and the girl was standing at the furthest point the silver chain could extend.
The girl held up the dozen or so round, slightly shiny pearls in her palm and said regretfully, "Didn't A-Yu say that he had a friend who really liked treasures and money? So I was inside pinching my thigh and crying, and that's how I cried out these pearls to give to him. How could he just leave like that? He didn't even say goodbye! That's so mean!"
