Chapter 41

All the people of Da Qi were staring at everything on the black screen. They saw Lu Suisui holding the injured little boy who was wearing their Da Qi clothes and walking quickly into a brightly lit house.

The house was very spacious. As they followed Lu Suisui's movements, they suddenly discovered that people in long white clothes were walking back and forth in this strange house from time to time.

Looking at those people in white, the people of Da Qi all thought, "Could it be that Miss Lu Suisui [Lu] is just going to prepare for the injured little fellow's funeral instead of trying to provide medical treatment?"

Thinking of this, some imperial doctors couldn't help but shook their heads and sighed, "Although the child's injury looks serious, in their Da Qi, there is always a glimmer of hope. I didn't expect that in their Hua Kingdom, they would just prepare for the funeral and not even provide treatment." The imperial doctors who said this couldn't help but feel sorry for the child.

Just as the imperial physician was feeling sorry for the child, the other people in Da Qi noticed something strange. Besides the people in white, they saw some walking around who appeared injured or ill. Looking at them, they were puzzled, wondering, "Could it be that all those people simply died after being saved? Looking at those people, who clearly had a cold, the people of Da Qi were baffled."

At this time, someone asked, "Could that place be the Hua Kingdom's medical clinic?"

But as soon as he finished speaking, he was scolded back, saying, "How can there be a clinic like this? Wearing white clothes and being a concubine? Isn't this a curse on others? Prepare for your funeral as soon as possible! This place can't be a clinic."

When the others heard what that person said, they all nodded in agreement, because no matter what, they couldn't use white in the clinic, otherwise they would be scolded to death by other people's families.

At this time, they watched Lu Suisui on the black screen talking to a man who ran out quickly. The man in white clothes took the unconscious little boy and walked forward quickly.

And Lu Suisui was jogging behind the man in white clothes, and just when they were wondering why he did this.

The people of Da Qi watched the man in white clothes gently place the child on a platform, and then the man gently exposed the child's wound. A piece of cloth with dried blood was hanging on the white and tender arm.

They watched as the man in white clothes gently lifted the cloth, revealing a horrific wound. Then they watched as the man put a strange object on the little boy and then stuffed something like a stick into the boy's mouth.

Then he took out something that looked like a copper plate hanging between two bows and arrows and placed it on the child's chest. Then he stuffed the two spaces into his ears, as if listening to something, and then used something like strange water to rub the child's other wounds.

At this time, the people of Da Qi were horrified to find that the man actually took something like an embroidery needle and pierced it into the back of the child's hand. The embroidery needle was connected to a long tube, and water was flowing out of the tube, similar to the gourd they used to hold water.

Seeing this situation, the people of Da Qi were a little angry. After all, the child was wearing their Da Qi clothes, and now he was injured and was being treated like this.

And when they were angry, they also saw that the man in white clothes was busy and looked back from time to time and talked quickly to another woman in white clothes who came in later. They couldn't understand what was being said, such as preparing for surgery, before surgery, and after surgery. They couldn't understand what was being said.

Then they heard the man ask, "Who is Lu Suisui to the child? What consent form does she need to sign for the surgery?" Then they saw Lu Suisui shaking her head and saying that she was not related to the child, but the child was injured and fainted at her doorstep. The man heard what Lu Suisui said, nodded and said, "Do the surgery first. Saving the child is the most important thing."

After they saw the man say this, Lu Suisui nodded quickly.

The people of Da Qi, who had heard their conversation and witnessed their actions, were furious and confused. Shouldn't they just be preparing for the funeral? Why was it a rescue? The man's earlier words, which seemed to refer to a medical clinic, resurfaced in their minds. It had seemed impossible before, but now it seemed to be true. However, the people of Da Qi still refused to believe it.

Then they watched the man in white pick up the injured child and put him on a small pushchair. Then several women in white came and pushed the small bed forward together.

Then they entered a strange place with "Operating Room" written on it. They watched the women move the child to another even stranger crib, and the man who was dressed in white before came out in whiter clothes, with a white hat on his head and a white cloth hanging on his mouth. If it weren't for the red mole in the middle of the man's forehead, they really couldn't tell that this man who was white from head to toe was the same man as before.

Then they looked at the man, as if he was about to do something, and couldn't help but wonder, "Are they going to start preparing for the child's funeral? Are they holding some kind of blessing ceremony like this?"
