Rabbit and Phoenix 8

"Where?" The phoenix looked leisurely in the direction the rabbit pointed.

The leaves in the grass not far away were rustling, and it was obvious that there was something there.

"You stay here first." Phoenix said, standing up and about to walk away, he stopped and looked at the rabbit, "You follow me."

Leaving the rabbit there might be a trick used by the monsters to lure the tiger away from the mountain.

Really, I don’t know why I care so much about this rabbit.

The phoenix is mentally active, but appears to be a cool-headed phoenix on the surface.

The hedgehog demon and the weasel demon reported the situation to their boss and continued to stand guard. As soon as they parted the grass, they met those golden eyes.

The two little monsters were so frightened that they quickly retreated, shouting at the wild boar demon, "Ah...ah, Boss...Boss."

The wild boar demon was lying on the ground resting. When he heard his two clumsy subordinates calling him again, he felt unhappy and said, "Calling...calling...what's the matter?"

As it spoke, it opened its eyes. When it saw who it was, its sleepiness was instantly dispelled. It quickly stood up, breathing heavily from its nose, "Feng!"

The hedgehog and the weasel quickly retreated and hid behind the wild boar.

Seeing the two cowards, the wild boar kicked them aside and cursed, "What are you afraid of? Get out of here!"

The phoenix bird narrowed its eyes, "Pig spirit, it turns out to be you. Why did you come to me? Do you want to fight me?"

The bloodline suppression of the great monster.

"Yes, our boss just wants to fight with you!" said the leader of the Weasel Gang.

"That's right!" The hedgehog was also encouraged and gained confidence, and pushed forward his boss.

The phoenix raised its claws, ready to fight the wild boar.

The rabbit squatted nearby, watching and cheering for his big bird, "Come on, big bird!"

The wild boar sensed something was wrong, and stamped its front legs on the ground, gnashing its teeth and cursing these two little brothers who didn't understand its expression.

Under the expectant gazes of the hedgehog and the weasel, his tone was fierce, but the content of his words was completely opposite, "Humph, old pig, I'm just passing by, Phoenix, don't take yourself too seriously!"

It said, stamping its feet and kicking up dust.

Before my little brother could react, he turned around and ran!

When the hedgehog and the weasel saw their boss running away, they looked at the phoenix and trembled all over. They were unconsciously frightened by the phoenix, "Boss, wait for us!"

He ran away in a hurry.

"Phoenix, just wait for me!" The wild boar who had run away without a trace came with arrogant words.

The rabbit didn't see the fights often, but after hearing such speechless words, it rolled its eyes, rubbed its head against the phoenix's feathers, and said proudly, "Big bird, they are so timid. They were scared away before you even made a move."

The phoenix raised its neck proudly, not at all modest, "Humph, don't you see who I am?"

After this little episode with the wild boar demon, the phoenix and the rabbit continued to bask in the sun.

They only go back after their hair is dried.

The life of a monster can sometimes be very boring. Apart from absorbing the essence of the sun and the moon to practice, and looking for food when hungry, there is nothing else to do.

At least that was the case with the Phoenix before.

But sometimes it's quite fun when the rabbit is behind.

After a spring rain, many mushrooms grew out of the soil among the dead leaves that fell on the ground.

The rabbit took the phoenix to pick mushrooms, but not all mushrooms are edible.

They pick and choose.

The phoenix found a red mushroom, the same color as its feathers, so it opened its mouth and took a bite. The rabbit saw it and quickly stopped the phoenix, "Big bird, you can't eat this!"

"Why?" the phoenix retracted its beak and asked.

"It's poisonous. If you eat it, you will fall into a coma. You can't eat it." The rabbit explained.

"Oh." The phoenix was quite obedient. Since it couldn't eat it, it decided not to eat it.

"But you can try this, it's edible." The rabbit took out a mushroom from the bush and put it to the phoenix's mouth.

"Um."

"Boss, what are they doing?"

The wild boar squad that had originally escaped followed the phoenix and rabbit again. Perhaps they were unwilling to give up until they were killed, so after wandering around for a few days, they caught up with the phoenix and rabbit again.

But this time they were much more vigilant and observed the phoenixes from a very far distance to avoid being discovered again.

"It seems like it's eating something. Can this thing be eaten?" The weasel said, picking up a red mushroom next to it and said curiously.
