Chapter 10 You Should Have the Best

He had advised her to stay away from Wang Yuanyang, and he pursued her relentlessly in order to get her away from that man, but Fu Hange only thought that he was just chasing her for fun and wasn't serious.

Little did she know, he had actually liked her for a very long time. A very, very long time, so long that she had just debuted, so long that she didn't even know it yet.

After that incident, she terminated her contract with Xinggui, saying she didn't want to be implicated, and then switched to another company, where she has been sidelined for many years.

If he hadn't appointed Jiang Luo as her agent and encouraged her to come and marry him, he wouldn't know when he would have had any contact with her again.

The dim light shone on Fu Hange's face. She paused for a moment and said, "Why did you suddenly say all this?"

That year, she had just entered the industry and signed with Xinggui, who was somewhat famous. After that, she met Tang Yehuai, who was already very outstanding at that time. However, she did not expect that Tang Yehuai would pursue her, after all, he had been so good to her.

She really misjudged Wang Yuanyang. Luckily, he didn't do anything to her, otherwise she would probably hate herself to death.

“You can’t understand how I felt when you came to me and said you wanted to marry me. I thought you had changed your mind, but then I realized that you just wanted the resources I had.”

Fu Hange smiled wryly: "Yes, I really just want resources."

That's why he was so cautious and hesitant to get close; he was afraid of scaring her away.

"Xu Shiyuan is currently being sidelined, but Xinggui will do everything in its power to promote you from now on. If you want, I will do everything in my power."

Fu Hange then looked up at him, her eyes slightly moist: "Okay."

She secretly thought to herself that when she could stand on high ground one day, she would definitely pull Wang Zai down.

How come she didn't notice back then that Tang Yehuai was so pleasing to the eye, so good-looking no matter how she looked at him? She must have been blind!

She had also observed that, for some reason, Tang Yehuai had become increasingly depressed in recent years, and he no longer frequented the places he used to love.

She guessed it might be her fault, but he didn't need to act like that. There really wasn't. He should be proud, he should be arrogant.

A smile finally appeared on his face; after all, they were together again.

"Xin Huan, I want you to understand that you deserve the best."

She didn't want to mention it anymore, especially that nickname, which hadn't been used in a long time.

Every time someone calls her name, she feels disoriented. Fu Hange got up and said, "I'm going to sleep."

Tang Yehuai watched her go upstairs and then watched her close the door.

He had never been so humble before, never...

He reserved all his good temper for her.

Tang Yehuai didn't go upstairs to sleep until the early hours of the morning.

He kept thinking about what happened today, wondering if he had revealed it too quickly and scared her.

He didn't snap out of his thoughts until someone knocked on the door.

Fu Hange stood at the door, wearing pajamas.

He looked at Tang Yehuai for a few seconds before saying, "Together?"

Tang Yehuai paused for half a second before reacting and saying, "Okay."

He picked her up and carried her into the bedroom.

Many years have passed, and when he picked up this person again, he only felt that he was much lighter.
