Chapter 7 Good Buddy Lu Guoxue

Luo Chaoxin was not a fool. He had already realized that he was safe. Luo Qi was just trying to sow discord between him and his sisters. How could he make Luo Qi happy?

He kept silent and responded with silence.

Just then, the nanny, Aunt Zhao, came in to report that two policemen had come to the door.

Luo Xionghua asked Aunt Zhao to bring people in.

Luo Qi let go of Luo Chaoxin when he saw the police coming in.

With the police around, Luo Qi felt safe. He believed that Luo Xionghua would not do anything out of line to him in front of the police.

The two policemen were officers from the Household Registration Section of the Municipal Bureau. Although they were just following orders, they were also quite concerned about the bloody incident in the rich man's villa. However, after Luo Xionghua explained that the children were accidentally injured while playing, they did not investigate further.

Luo Qi registered her household registration in the only property under his name.

This property was given to Luo Qi by his grandfather Luo Jianguo when he turned sixteen as a coming-of-age gift, and he rented it out to someone else.

When his grandfather gave him the house, Luo Chaoxin had not yet arrived at the Luo family.

Later, Luo Chaoxin replaced Luo Qi's identity, but he didn't know that Luo Qi owned that property, otherwise he would definitely find ways to rob the house.

Because Luo Jianguo suffered from nephritis, he didn't have much time to care about a property of little value, otherwise Luo Qi would not be able to transfer her household registration now.

When Luo Qi took out the property certificate, everyone in the Luo family except Luo Chaoxin remembered that he had such a property.

However, except for Luo Chaoxin, no one in the Luo family cared about Luo Qi owning that property. What they were worried about was if there was no place to accept Luo Qi's household registration.

Luo Chaoxin looked very hurt. He snuggled in Chen Xirong's arms, crying as the family doctor bandaged his wounds. He complained to Chen Xirong that his grandfather was getting old and confused and that he didn't give the house to him, the eldest grandson, but to an adopted son who was taken away by mistake.

When Luo Qi saw Luo Chaoxin crying, many unpleasant memories immediately came back to her mind, and she really wanted to go over and slap him twice.

He took a deep breath and suppressed the anger in his heart. Now was not the time for revenge.

Li Yisheng and his wife thought their plan was perfect, but when he found evidence of their fake paternity test report, or when he found an opportunity to let Luo Xionghua and Luo Chaoxin do another paternity test in the future, their conspiracy would be shattered, and the family would have to spend the rest of their lives in prison without being reunited.

During this period before revenge, let Luo Xionghua's blind couple experience the dangers of the world, so that they will not always think that they are high above and can control the fate of others at will.

The two policemen completed the mission very efficiently, then packed up their laptops and other office supplies and left Luo's house.

Luo Qi left the Luo family with the two policemen so that he could ensure his own safety.

He ignored Li Yisheng, who had been trying to get close to him and trick him into going to Lijia Village. That was not his biological father, but just a gambler and villain who treated him as a pile of money. He was his enemy.

Seeing Luo Qi leave with the police, Luo Chaoxin, whose wounds had been treated by his family doctor, with a white bandage wrapped around his head, asked Luo Xionghua in a hateful tone. "Dad, people like him should be sent to prison! Why did you let him go like that?"

Luo Xionghua patted Luo Chaoxin's head lovingly and said softly, "Don't let everyone know about family matters. Otherwise, outsiders will just say that the Luo family's children are fighting for the family property to the point of risking their lives. The consequences of that will be bad for the entire Luo family."

Luo Chaoxin was very unwilling and wanted to send Luo Qi to prison, but he could not oppose Luo Xionghua's decision, so he could only throw himself into his third sister's arms for comfort.

After leaving the Luo family, Luo Qi could not live in her own house.

The place has been rented out, and one year's rent has been collected in advance. There are still eight or nine months left before the lease expires.

The rent had long been used by him to please Luo Chaoxin and the Luo sisters. Even if he wanted to break the contract and take back the house early, he did not have the financial ability to do so.

Therefore, Luo Qi can only live in school now.

Shanzhong High School is the best private high school in Jianlin City and also an aristocratic school.

Tuition and miscellaneous fees at Shanzhong High School are paid once every academic year. Students who are able to do so can pay more and enjoy the single dormitory and accompanying life assistants provided by the school.

Life assistants are responsible for tidying up students' dormitories and doing laundry, so students can focus all their energy on studying at school.

The Luo family is a wealthy family, and regardless of whether it is necessary or not, they will handle the matter for Luo Qi and Luo Chaoxin at the highest fee standard.

This is a great thing for Luo Qi, who has no money now. Otherwise, he would not only have to worry about food, but might even have to live under a bridge.

Luo Qi opened the dormitory door with the key with a headache, thinking in his mind how to easily earn living expenses for more than two months.

After all, there are less than three months left until the college entrance examination. This is the time when we should concentrate on reviewing. It is not cost-effective to spend our limited and precious time on doing part-time work to earn a little pocket money.

As soon as he entered the small living room of the two-bedroom apartment, he saw his good brother Lu Guoxue. Luo Qi immediately thought about how to solve the living expenses during the period before the college entrance examination.

Seeing Luo Qi coming in, the burly Lu Guoxue asked, "Luo Qi, are you back to flattering again?"

Lu Guoxue was holding an exquisitely crafted guitar, gently plucking the strings with his right hand. There was also a music score on the table in front of him. At first glance, he looked full of literary and artistic style.

"You kid are practicing the piano again! Did the brothers next door come over to protest?" When Luo Qi heard his good brother teasing him, he immediately fought back.
