Feng Guiyu also looked at him, and sparks flew as their eyes met.
Liu Nian nodded, looking at the things Gu Minhang was carrying: "Minhang is going to cook for himself?"
Gu Minhang nodded: "Sister will have dinner with me today, right?"
Liu Nian glanced at Feng Guiyu, thinking that perhaps they should spend some time alone together to build up their relationship, so she said, "I'm going to pick Xiao Ke up from school. Can you two wait at home?"
Both of these kids were admitted to universities without taking the entrance exam, so whether they go back to school or not after participating in the competition won't make much difference.
But Su Ke was different; he still had two years left, so the good boy rested for a day after the competition and then went back to school.
I thought Gu Minhang and Feng Guiyu wouldn't have any objections, but to my surprise, they had a lot to say.
Gu Minhang went straight in and put down what he was holding, looking at Liu Nian expectantly with his eyes.
"Sister, I think eating out is fine too. I know a new restaurant that just opened near the school. My classmates say it's pretty good. You can take Su Ke to try it."
Feng Guiyu chimed in, "I'd like to try it too."

She's really overthinking it. How could they possibly allow her to be alone with another person? It's utterly absurd.
If she wanted to see another one, she could only do it secretly; if the other two found out, she could forget about it altogether.
Even the passing years aren't holding on anymore; now it's just two people involved.
Gu Minhang assumed she had driven there, but when he saw Liu Nian standing at the entrance of the residential area with them and not moving, he realized that Liu Nian had taken a taxi.
"Sister, has the car been sent for maintenance?"
Not wanting him to worry unnecessarily, Liu Nian nodded, "Yes."
Upon hearing this, Feng Guiyu's lips curled into a smile.
He was probably happy because he only sought his help when he encountered difficulties in his life and not the other two people.
Gu Minhang noticed the smile on Feng Guiyu's lips and frowned strangely.
When they arrived at the school and were waiting for Su Ke, Gu Minhang found an opportunity to ask Feng Guiyu.

Feng Guiyu: "I'm laughing at myself, and you have a problem with that too?"

“Watch your mouth. It was your older sister who stayed at your place. If so, it was just because she lived nearby that she stayed there for one night, not because she slept at your place.”
Feng Guiyu nodded seriously: "Yes, yes, I picked her up the first night she came back. You only found out three days after she came back." His smile was particularly irritating.
Gu Minhang clenched his fists.
That damn Feng Guiyu, what's he so smug about? I really want to punch his face, it's so annoying.
The two were on the verge of exchanging blows.
Liu Nian waited for Su Ke at the door, saying she didn't know what was going on between the two people not far away.
Su Ke rushed out and saw Liu Nian waiting for him at the door. His usually cold face instantly softened.
He called out from a distance, "Sister."
Time itself waved to him.
Su Ke thought it was just Liu Nian, but when he came out and saw two people not far away, he immediately frowned.
"What do you want to eat?" Liu Nian asked.
Su Ke pointed to a restaurant across from the school: "That restaurant is newly opened, let's go try it!"
Liu Nian was taken aback. Why did he feel that the three gentlemen sometimes had a lot of tacit understanding?

Then Su Ke grabbed Liu Nian's hand, looked at the two people not far away, and had a smug look on his face.
Feng Guiyu and Gu Minhang's expressions darkened at the same time, but they couldn't show it in front of Liu Nian.

When they were having dinner, Gu Minhang offered to pay the bill.
Feng Guiyu blinked at Liu Nian.
Su Ke: "Is there something wrong with your eyes? I'll go with you to the hospital to get an appointment another day!"

Liu Nian laughed, thinking that Su Ke really knew how to talk.
When Gu Minhang returned after paying the bill, he noticed Feng Guiyu's unusual expression and knew that she was probably angry with Su Ke.
While they were eating, Liu Nian began to express her own thoughts.
"Your passports are being processed by your sister these past few days, and they should be ready in the next day or two. Please get ready in the next couple of days, as we are going abroad for a trip."
Su Ke: "Then I'll ask the school for leave."
Liu Nian paused, realizing she had forgotten to consider Su Ke's situation: "If it's inconvenient for Xiao Ke at school, we can postpone our departure."
Su Ke shook his head: "It's okay, we can try for a guaranteed admission spot next year. This semester is almost over, so it's not a big problem."
With that in mind, Liu Nian was relieved.
Two days later, their passports arrived, and Liu Nian sent a notification in a group chat to tell them to prepare for their trip the day after tomorrow.
Liu Nian made a special inquiry and made a plan.
That evening, Liu Nian was applying a face mask in her apartment when the doorbell rang; she was lounging like Ge You.
Reluctantly, he opened the door and found it was his former manager.
Liu Nian: "Come in and sit down." He quickly stepped aside as he spoke.
Jiang Tao indicated that he wouldn't go in, and handed the things to Liu Nian afterward, saying, "Don't you have any plans after taking a break from acting recently?"
Liu Nian took the passports and looked at the things in her hand, including Gu Minhang's and the others' passports.
