Chapter 21 Late Night Interlude: The Deviled Human

As Mingyue's voice fell, several figures appeared in the hall.

Xiaohong remained silent. For some reason, he had been very taciturn recently.

Solomon looked at Mingyue with a smile, feeling the pride of a teacher looking at an excellent student. "I think it's very good. What do you think, Lucifer?"

"Not bad." Lucifer casually pulled a chair over and sat down, crossing his legs. "It's about those dishes you just made. Why don't you let us try them?"

Mingyue wanted to roll her eyes, but she restrained herself: "Aren't you full yet?"

Lucifer blinked: "I'm just curious about the taste."

Solomon and Xiaohong next to them were also staring at Mingyue, as if they wanted to give it a try too.

Things have come to this point. Mingyue has no choice. The Double-Clawed Beast has already eaten all the food of the guests and Alros. She can only go to the Flame River to catch some more.

"Then I'll go catch some now, and we'll be able to eat them around 11 o'clock."

Lucifer stood up and said, "We'll go with you, catch more and make more." He was also planning to pack a few portions to take back after they were done.

Just as everyone arrived at the Flame River and prepared to capture the Twin-Clawed Beast, a black vortex suddenly appeared in the sky above their heads. A heavy bell sound came from somewhere, and all the demons looked up at the sky.

"It looks like a new soul has fallen into Hell."

Lucifer flapped his wings and flew towards the vortex, and the others disappeared with him.

Mingyue knew that she shouldn't interfere in such matters, so she continued to use magic to control the rack to catch the double-claw beast. Anyway, she just regarded it as a way to practice her magic proficiency.

The gate of hell slowly opened in the vortex, and the ancient runes engraved on the door emitted a faint glow in the darkness.

A figure fell from the door, her body wrapped in black resentment and smoke, but judging from her black dress and screaming hat, it was a witch.

Her resentment and pain were so intense that they solidified around her.

Hell certainly welcomes a witch so powerful and hateful of everything.

"Welcome, new soul, to the embrace of Hell." The leader, Lucifer, announced loudly, "Here, you will find your place, and your pain and anger will be given new meaning."

The spirit of the fallen witch struggled in resentment, and her soul gradually changed under the power of hell. Her soul merged with the energy of hell and began to gradually condense, reshaping a body.

She exhaled and raised her eyes: "Is this hell?"

As soon as she finished speaking, an extremely violent magical energy suddenly surged around her body, and her eyes flashed with blazing flames of anger, which seemed to be able to burn everything in the world to ashes.

At this moment, the anger in her heart had reached its peak, like a volcano about to erupt, desperately looking for an outlet to vent.

Isolde thought with resentment that all the suffering and injustice she had experienced were due to the existence of hell! If hell did not exist in the world, how could she be unreasonably suspected of being the incarnation of the devil?

There is no doubt that the endless pain she endured was caused by the carefully planned conspiracy of those demons and the inhumane torture from the devil.

Now, this group of sources of all evil actually have the courage to stand in front of him openly, and even shamelessly say such outrageous words as "Welcome to hell"!

Isolde's hands clenched, lightning flashing at her fingertips, as she prepared to unleash her power, letting everything around her feel her wrath.

The demons around her felt her anger, but instead of being afraid, they were eager to try.

"Want to fight? Come on!"

A melee was about to break out, and at that moment, an origami bird landed in front of Isolde, and Nix called out, "Isolde, stop."

"If you don't want to be torn apart by hell, I advise you to stop."

Nix's calm voice made Isolde even angrier. She swung her magic to destroy the origami bird, but the origami bird easily dodged it.

"You don't understand my pain!" Isolde roared, her voice echoing in the air of Hell. "Or do you think I'm stupid? You hid in Hell long ago and escaped, while I, who stayed in the human world, deserve this punishment?"

Nyx's sigh came from the origami bird.

"Isolde, anger will only blind you and make you lose your way." The origami bird flew around Isolde's head and landed gently on her shoulder. "If you can't find the answer, maybe you should stay in a hotel for a while."

Isolde's anger paused slightly, and a hint of confusion flashed in her eyes: "Inn? What is that?"

"My tarot reading shows that you can find a way to calm your anger there."

Isolde was silent, her anger burning like a flame, but she also longed to find a way out.

"I'll go, but Nix, things are not over between us."

Isolde made a decision. She retracted her overflowing magic power, waved her hand, summoned her broom, jumped on it and chanted a spell.

The broom flew up and headed towards the Moon Hotel.

The demon who was left there was very unhappy: "Is she just ignoring us like this?"

The voice from the origami bird said again: "I apologize for the commotion my friend caused. As compensation, everyone present can get a free bottle of potion from my potion shop."

"That's better." The demons who got the benefit dispersed.

Only Lucifer was left standing there, looking at the origami bird with a half-smile on his face. "They actually let a dangerous witch stay in a hotel that's about to open. Interesting, really interesting. Since you created such an amusing scene, I won't mind your disrespectful behavior."

"The oldest witch, Nyx Hecate."
