Chapter 64 What Succubi Are Good At

Mingyue asked Xiaoman to help inspect the new decoration of the hotel to see if there was anything missing. She went to the kitchen herself. How could she receive guests without preparing some tea?

She quickly used magic to mix a batter and prepared to bake some chocolate muffins.

A figure came in from the back door of the kitchen. The gargoyle walked in, took the basin of batter, and helped pour the batter into the muffin mold.

"Good morning, have you noticed the changes in the hotel?" Mingyue greeted the gargoyle with a smile.

"Yes, make it bigger, okay." The gargoyle nodded, and continued to sprinkle chocolate chips on the muffins in an orderly manner and put them into the oven.

"Hehe, I also added a row of gargoyles on the eaves. Hey, where are your wings?" Mingyue discovered that the gargoyles' backs were bare.

"Outside, the wings are in the way."

"The wings can actually be taken off? Can they be put back on after being taken off?"

"Yes, it can be taken off and put on." The gargoyle nodded seriously, "What should we do next?"

"Well, let's make some sugar water. You can help me pick some corn kernels." Mingyue said as she took out a cooking pot.

Following Mingyue's instructions, the gargoyle took out a few sweet corns from the refrigerator. Its hands were so big that it didn't need to use any magic at all. It just broke the corn kernels off with a light touch.

Mingyue added water to the pot and put it on the fire, waiting for it to boil. She also used magic to peel and cut the water chestnuts into pieces. After doing all this, she suddenly remembered, "I don't think I've asked your name yet?"

The gargoyle was confused, "Name, Gargoyle."

"That's not it. It's about a name that belongs to you alone. For example, my name is Mingyue, not someone else's. People call each other by their names to show intimacy."

The gargoyle felt inexplicably depressed, "Gargoyle, no, name."

"It's okay," Mingyue patted the gargoyle's shoulder, "You can give yourself a name. I gave myself a name too."

Hearing this, the gargoyle looked at Mingyue expectantly, "You get up, I'll."

"Shall I name it for you? That's fine. Do you really not want to name it yourself?"

"Well, you get up."

"I see. Let me think about it."

Mingyue thought carefully for a while, and with a ding sound from the oven and the sweet aroma of butter, Mingyue came up with an idea.

"Just Craig? The name means rock, and it seems to suit you."

"Okay, it's me, Craig."

"Well, thank you for your guidance, Craig."

Mingyue stirred the sweet water in the pot, in which she added water chestnuts, corn kernels and some rock sugar. With the blessing of the magic flame, the water chestnuts were cooked quickly.

She divided the sweet water in the pot into two parts, cast insulation magic on one part, and cast accelerated freezing magic on the other part, so that the sweet water would quickly cool down and turn into rock sugar water.

Mingyue served Craig a bowl of each and asked him to try it.

"Any sweet ingredient can be cooked into sweet water like this. In addition to water chestnuts and corn, Craig, you can also try various combinations yourself."

Craig tasted it and carefully memorized the taste.

"Thank you for your help. I'll go and greet the guests first. By the way, the first floor has been expanded. You can choose a room as your own. Even if you don't live there, you can use it to store things. You can go and take a look."

Mingyue put the sweet water, muffins and tableware on the tray, tapped the tray with her wand, and let them fly out by themselves. She also hurried away.

Craig stood there in a daze, feeling a strange emotion when he heard that there was still a room for it in the hotel.

It turns out that the location outside the house feels different from the location inside the house.

------

Mingyue came to the conference room on the third floor. She saw that the lights in the meeting room of the witches' gathering were on and the pointed hat hanging on the door was spinning. When Mingyue approached, the door of the conference room opened automatically.

Danika and the others were curiously exploring the room. When they saw Mingyue come in, Danika coughed a few times and pulled her sisters to sit on the chairs. "Ahem, boss, you're here."

"Hello, sorry for the wait. I brought some desserts and drinks."

A tray of muffins and sweet water was automatically placed on the table, then automatically divided into small bowls and plates, and then delivered to each succubus.

"One of the sweet waters is hot, and the other is iced. You can try whichever you like, and then serve yourself after you finish."

Mingyue introduced the drinks she brought to the succubi.

"Boss, let me introduce you. This is Yvette, Jasmine, Mara, Venusa, Gloria, and Lydia. They are all my sisters."

Danika's sisters did not disguise their appearance, but showed their most primitive form, with sharp claws, completely white eyes, sheep-hoof-like feet, a pair of broad bat wings growing on their backs, and a long thorn tail under the bat wings.

To be honest, Mingyue thinks this form is more beautiful than their human form.

She started the conversation first. "I heard from Danica that you guys want to open a shop near the hotel. Have you decided what kind of shop you want to open?"

Yvette hesitated. "Actually, we haven't decided yet. Speaking of succubi, it always makes me think we'll open a tavern, but that's not what we want to do."

For some reason, after seeing the bright moon, they suddenly felt the urge to talk and started complaining about what happened in the human world.

"It's really too bad that something like this actually happened. Who stipulated that succubi have to open taverns?" Mingyue's indignant look greatly satisfied the succubi's desire to talk.
