When Mingyue passed by, Lamberta was directing the decoration. When she saw Mingyue, she gave a thumbs up.
"Boss, you're dressed like our tribe's chief priest preparing for a sacrifice. It's very solemn."
Mingyue smiled and gave up explaining the matter. She asked Lambert, "How is the decoration here going?"
Lambert took up the layout and pointed at the area above. "The maze garden in the center has been laid out, the town at the entrance is also ready, and the materials for the floating island are ready. We are still preparing to build it layer by layer."
Mingyue looked at the current progress of the floating island and gestured to Lamberta, "The floating island made of blocks and vines will be halfway up the magic pea. I plan to use a cloud-shaped floating island for the next step."
Lambert nodded and said, "Yes, I'll arrange it right away."
After checking the progress of the renovation, Mingyue climbed up from the magic pea. At this point, Kulbak should be taking care of the sheep on Cloud Island.
She wanted to ask Kulbak if he could help build some shorter floating islands.
Of course, she also wanted to experience what it was like to climb the magic pea!
Climbing through this giant plant truly feels like an adventure straight out of a fairy tale.
The vines and leaves of the magic pea are very stiff, so you can just step on them and move up.
Mingyue climbed almost 20 floors and felt a little tired.
Xiaoman is a little tired of floating, and now she is lying on Mingyue's shoulder to rest.
Just as the two of them were sitting on the bean vine to rest, a cloud floated over.
When it came in front of the bright moon, the cloud revealed a pair of eyes, two ears, and four claws.
"Woof!"
A cloud dog appeared and wagged its tail at Mingyue, inviting her to get on its back.
"Will you give us a ride?"
"Woof woof!"
Cloud Dog nodded affirmatively and lay down.
"Then I'll leave it to you." Mingyue took Xiaoman to ride on the back of the cloud dog. The cloud dog stood up, jumped lightly, and flew up quickly, sending Mingyue to the cloud island.
"Thank you." Mingyue got off the cloud dog, rubbed its head, and pinched its thick ears.
The cloud dog looks very much like a Samoyed, especially its thick, plump ears, which feel really good when you pinch them.
Even Xiaoman couldn't help but pinch the dog's ears and touch its head.
Cloud Dog didn't struggle, but tilted its head and let Mingyue and Xiaoman pinch it obediently. Seeing Mingyue's soft heart, they immediately wanted to feed it.
"My dear dog, what do you like to eat? I have some dried meat, milk candy, and bone sticks. Which one do you want? Or do you want all of them?"
Cloud Dog looked at the piles of snacks that Mingyue placed in front of him and looked at Mingyue in disbelief.
Yi Lian: Is it all for me? Can’t you just live like that?
But he was conflicted and wanted to eat it very much.
Mingyue couldn't help laughing when she saw this. She patted the cloud dog's head and said, "Eat it. It's all yours."
She was originally planning to help Cloud Dog tear open the candy packaging.
Unexpectedly, after hearing Mingyue's words, it pressed the candy with its claws, bit its teeth, and put it into its mouth.
And quite smart!
Kulbak drove the flock of sheep over from a distance. When the sheep saw the snacks in front of Yun Duo Dog, they ran over quickly.
Seeing this, Cloud Dog immediately used its tail to roll up the dried meat and big bone stick given by Mingyue, hid the rest in its fur, and then ran away to the sky at a high speed.
The late sheep could only look at the smug figure of Cloud Dog, and they were so angry that they stood there bleating.
"Mingyue, what's the matter with you coming to see me?"
"I'd like to ask if you could help me build some small cloud islands on the top half of the magic pea, and I'll pay you for it."
"Oh, no problem, it's very simple, you don't have to pay."
Mingyue shook her head. "No, let's settle it. I'll pay you, and you can buy anything you like or want to eat later."
Xiaoman also said, "It is only natural to pay for helping out, and it makes people feel more comfortable when the accounts are settled clearly."
Kulbak patted his head and said, "Oh, alright then. I'll make you a small cloud island right now."
"Yeah." Mingyue used magic to construct a schematic diagram, telling Kulbak how many cloud islands were needed and how big the cloud islands should be.
After reading it, Kulbak squatted down and patted the clouds under his feet.
After he finished his action, the Cloud Island began to vibrate, a place bulged out, and a head popped out.
Looking at the pair of eyes with vertical pupils, Mingyue realized that Yundao's true form was actually a giant sheep.
Kulbak whispered a few words to the sheep, and the sheep closed its eyes. Several new clouds quickly split apart on the Cloud Island.
The size of the cloud is exactly the same as Mingyue’s previous requirement.
Kulback raised his shepherd's stick again and drove the cloud to the designated location.
Mingyue couldn't help but ask curiously, "Are these clouds also sheep? Will moving on them hurt them?"
Kulbak shook his head, "Of course not. You're so small, they can't feel you."
Mingyue relaxed and said, "That's fine."
Then she took out 1,000 gold coins based on the cost of the second half of the materials, plus some labor fees, and gave them to Kulbak.
------
Now that the floating island part is completed, Mingyue begins to arrange the treasure hunt game.
In order to facilitate tourists to explore among the bean vines, Mingyue designed a special set of clothes.
The costume features extremely stretchy spring shoes and grippy gloves, allowing the wearer to freely jump and climb between bean vines to collect stars and small power-ups hidden in the vines.
