Chapter 131: A World Without Disease
After squeezing the boy's legs five or six times, she took them out of the saline solution to examine them.
The color around the wound has lightened and faded.

“That was a last resort for the old man because of the harsh conditions in the past,” Bai Zhi said. “Try to protect yourself and avoid getting bitten by snakes again.”
When Ye Rufeng and Xie Zheng returned, the woman was already planning to leave with her son on her back. However, upon seeing Ye Rufeng return, she put the child down and asked Ye Rufeng to check him again.
Upon hearing that the child had been bitten by a snake, Ye Rufeng went to check on the situation.
"This looks like a bite from a non-venomous snake?" Ye Rufeng concluded after examining the wound.
“Grandpa, it was a white-flowered snake that bit me. It has already expelled the venom and prescribed some herbal medicine. We don’t have enough medicinal herbs at home, so I asked her to go to town to get some.”
Bai Zhi showed the prescription to Ye Rufeng.

Upon hearing this, Bai Zhi smiled sweetly and said coquettishly, "Grandpa, since that's the case, shouldn't we leave here?"
Ye Rufeng pondered, "Give me some time. If the heart attack patient experiences no discomfort after taking the medication today, then we can make a plan."
Ye Rufeng is not going to leave today, so they will have to stay here tonight.
This raises the issue of accommodation.
There were only two shacks in the fenced yard.
One room has a kang (heated brick bed), and the other room has a small bed.
"Where are you staying tonight?" Bai Zhi suggested to Lu Ye and Xie Zheng, "Why don't you take the bus back to the county town to stay?"
This makeshift shack is simply too small for us to live in.
Lu Ye directly rejected her suggestion, "No need, I can sleep in the yard."
"Huh?" Bai Zhi looked at him strangely upon hearing this.
Sleeping in the yard?
"Just lay out wheat straw, use the sky as your bed and the ground as your blanket, lie in the yard and watch the stars, it's a unique experience." Lu Ye looked up at the sky, his face full of longing.
"Alright, what about you?" Bai Zhi then looked at the young master, "Are you sleeping in the courtyard too?"
"I'm sleeping with Doctor Ye. He loves music. After my treatment is over, we'll discuss music."
After Xie Zheng finished speaking, Bai Zhi said "Oh," expressing her sincere admiration for Xie Zheng's social skills.

Lu Ye laid it on top, covered himself with his coat, and lay down.

It was still early for bed, so Bai Zhi sat down next to Lu Ye and looked up at the starry sky.
Lu Ye sat up and sat next to her, looking up at the stars in the sky. At that moment, a sense of peace and happiness filled his heart.
He carefully reached forward with his hand at his side.
I touched her hand.
Bai Zhi felt a tickle in her palm, and before she could react, her hand was grabbed.
She instinctively tried to pull her hand away, but the man seemed to have anticipated this, holding her hand tightly and not giving her a chance to break free.
Bai Zhi didn't act coy and let him hold her hand as they sat together watching the starry sky.
"A shooting star."
Bai Zhi suddenly saw a shooting star streak across the sky and exclaimed with delight.
She reminded Lu Ye, "Make a wish quickly."
Bai Zhi withdrew her hand, closed her eyes, and made a wish.
Lu Ye followed her example and began to make a wish.
All around was quiet and still, except for the sound of a heartbeat and the whisper of the breeze.
There is also the heartfelt sentiment of a handsome young man and a beautiful young woman.
After making his wish, Lu Ye looked at the girl beside him and asked with a smile, "Xiao Bai, what did you wish for?"
"There is no disease in the world."
Bai Zhi smiled brightly as she met his eyes. "And you?"
"There are no bandits under heaven."
".........ox."
The two looked at each other and smiled.
After Ye Rufeng finished acupuncture on Xie Zheng, Xie Zheng had just come out of the room when he heard their hearty and clear laughter.
A dark glint flashed in his eyes.
He strolled over, his tone nonchalant, "Oh, you two are sleeping in the yard?"
"You have a problem with that?" Lu Ye's eyes darkened as he saw him.
Xie Zheng replied casually, "I have no objection, but I don't know if Grandpa Ye has any objections."
Bai Zhi asked him, "Is your grandfather finished giving you acupuncture?"
"Yes, it's over. Grandpa Ye said he'll give me acupuncture treatment every day from now on." Xie Zheng said proudly, "From now on, I'll be his patient."
"Okay, so you don't need my girlfriend to treat you, right? Then please stay away from her in the future." Lu Ye was very satisfied with this.
Hopefully, this way, Bai Zhi can finally get rid of this bastard.
Xie Zheng was not going to play by the rules. "Once Grandpa Ye returns to Bincheng, I will go to Derentang for treatment. Grandpa Ye said that Bai Zhi has to go back with her too."

Lu Ye seemed oblivious to his yin and yang theories. He glanced at the girl's closed door, then lay down straight, placing his large hand, which had once held hers, on his chest, feeling the lingering warmth of her touch.
So what if we sleep on the ground?
It's just routine procedure.
