Sunday morning, a gentle sea breeze was blowing.
Early in the morning, Shen Que loudly announced in the group chat that he would do his duty as a host and take the guys out for Cantonese morning tea.
Gu Chengyu was initially too lazy to pay attention, but then he thought that this was a good opportunity to formally introduce Qianqian to these guys, so that they wouldn't be so disrespectful in the future.
The area around the terrace has been cleared out.
When Gu Chengyu brought Su Qianqian in, Shen Que was chatting and laughing with Zhou Yu'an with his legs crossed, while Qin Yu was scrolling through her phone.
Upon seeing them, Shen Que whistled first.
"You're finally here. I thought you two wouldn't be able to get up."
Gu Chengyu scoffed and pulled out a chair for Su Qianqian to sit down first.
She wore a light yellow dress today, the hem of which just reached her knees, making her skin look dazzlingly white.
He sat down next to her, his arm casually resting on the back of her chair, exuding a possessive air.
"Qianqian, are you hungry?" he asked, looking down at her, his voice softer than usual.
Su Qianqian nodded slightly, her gaze sweeping over the people at the table.
Shen Que smiled ambiguously, Zhou Yu'an nodded gently, and Qin Yu grinned at her.
Shen Que raised an eyebrow: "Oh, Chengyu, so considerate?"
"This isn't like you."
Gu Chengyu ignored him. While putting a shrimp dumpling on Su Qianqian's plate, he said, "Let me formally introduce you. Su Qianqian is my girlfriend."
There was a moment of silence on the table.
Qin Yu was the first to react, raising her glass and laughing, "Congratulations, Chengyu, you're finally not single anymore."
Zhou Yu'an also raised his glass, speaking gently: "Miss Su."
Only Shen Que, leaning back in his chair, glanced at Su Qianqian's face, a half-smile on his lips: "Congratulations, it's no small feat to make Chengyu settle down like this."
Su Qianqian blushed slightly and said softly, "Hello."
Gu Chengyu squeezed her hand, then glanced at Chen Que: "If you can't speak properly, then shut up."
Shen Que laughed even harder.
We also raised our glasses and drank together.
Just then, a voice, feigning gentleness, interrupted: "Brothers, why didn't you wait for me?"
Shen Nian'an walked over wearing a pink dress, her makeup exquisite.
Her gaze fell on Su Qianqian, paused for a moment, and then she pretended not to recognize her: "And who is this?"
Shen Que said lazily, "Cheng Yu's girlfriend, Su Qianqian."
Shen Nian'an's smile remained unchanged as she sat down next to Shen Que, her gaze never leaving Su Qianqian: "Miss Su, are you an actress? You look somewhat familiar."
