Night falls, in the Cloud Palace private room.
Three men were already lounging in the sofa.
The last one was Gu Chengyu, who arrived late.
Gone was the pampering and indulgence his family had shown towards Su Qianqian; all that remained was a cold, aristocratic air and arrogance.
He hadn't taken more than two steps inside when he took off his black suit jacket and casually tossed it to the waiter; underneath was a simple black shirt.
He casually unbuttoned two buttons, then strode forward with his long legs, heading straight for the head of the table.
"Oh, Young Master Gu! What a rare guest!" Shen Que was the first to notice him, raising his wine cup dramatically.
"We guys thought you'd forgotten about us! We haven't seen you for almost a month!"
Qin Yu smiled and chimed in, "Exactly! Chengyu, what have you been busy with lately?"
"Even if you're keeping a mistress in a golden house, she still needs to come out and get some fresh air!" The young model in his arms giggled, her eyes boldly glancing at Gu Chengyu.
Gu Chengyu ignored their teasing and sat down in the center of the sofa, casually crossing his long legs.
Immediately, a stunningly beautiful woman, dressed in revealing clothes and with exquisite makeup, holding a wine glass and sporting a sweet smile, tried to sway her hips and move closer to the empty seat next to him.
"Stay away." Gu Chengyu didn't even lift his eyelids. His voice wasn't loud, but it commanded respect.
The beautiful woman's smile froze instantly, and she looked at Chen Que somewhat helplessly.
A glint flashed in Shen Que's eyes. He waved for the beautiful woman to step aside, then personally poured Gu Chengyu a glass of wine and handed it to him.
"Tsk, Chengyu, you've changed your ways?"
"At least last time they would look at the beauty I sent, but this time they won't even let her sit on the side?"
He leaned closer, lowered his voice, and gave a knowing, unspoken hint between men, "What? Has some pretty girl bewitched you?"
Gu Chengyu took the wine glass, tapped the glass lightly with his fingertips, and smiled slightly, neither admitting nor denying it.
That's not just a pretty girl, that's a stunning beauty.
Shen Que caught the fleeting hint of pride in Gu Chengyu's eyes.
What is Chengyu so proud of? He's proud of not touching women?
Gu Chengyu thought to himself, he had promised his little girl that he would keep his word and keep his distance from other women.
Even though the little thing might not know, he felt comfortable doing this.
I don't want her to find out and then pout and get jealous, looking all wronged.
He never hides his good deeds; he always expects something in return. He wanted to do *that* with her on the sofa, but he wondered if he could get the girl to cooperate…
Seeing Gu Chengyu's absent-minded look, Qin Yu pursed her lips, released the young model in her arms, picked up her wine glass, and sat down next to Gu Chengyu.
"Chengyu, none of the beauties recommended by Shen Er are good enough."
Qin Yu smiled knowingly and lowered his voice, "Brother, I recently got my hands on something amazing, it's absolutely incredible!"
He winked and said, "I've slept with her a few times, and she's still exactly the same as before. It's incredible, she's absolutely gifted."
"How about it? Want to try something new? I guarantee it'll be better than your current one..."
