"Chengyu?"
He savored the title; she rarely called him by his name when she was sober.
Her clear, soft voice, tinged with an unconscious charm, was exceptionally pleasant to hear.
He wanted to hear more.
"Qianqian, call my name again."
He tightened his grip on her waist, his voice seductive.
"don't want!"
Su Qianqian immediately refused, her face turning away awkwardly, her voice muffled and tinged with jealousy:
"Isn't that what your ex-girlfriends all call you?"
"I don't want to be like them."
Gu Chengyu immediately felt a headache coming on.
Ex-girlfriend? It's Lin Shu again.
He deeply regretted not getting rid of her sooner, which had caused him so much trouble for no reason.
He quickly changed the subject: "That's different."
"They're outsiders, just playing along. You're my little girlfriend, the apple of my eye."
He leaned close to her ear: "How about we don't call him Chengyu anymore, or Young Master Gu?"
"How about we compromise and call him Young Master Chengyu?"
"Who knows which Young Master Gu you keep calling out to?"
Su Qianqian's eyes flashed as she glanced at him, but she still pursed her lips and refused to call out.
Of course, in Gu Chengyu's eyes, this behavior just seemed like she was jealous, but no one knew what she was really thinking.
"My dear Qianqian, you're the best, the most beautiful little fairy. Young Master Chengyu loves you the most..."
He kept whispering in her ear, coaxing her.
Su Qianqian was amused by his appearance.
But she deliberately kept a straight face, her red lips slightly upturned, and stubbornly refused to give in.
Gu Chengyu looked at the corners of her lips curving upwards and knew she was almost appeased.
He pressed on, cupping her small face in his large hands, his fingertips stroking her smooth cheeks, his voice lower and softer, with a hint of coaxing: "Qianqian, be good, just say it one more time? Hmm?"
His warm lips landed on her brow and the tip of her nose, one touch after another, with endless patience and doting affection.
Su Qianqian's heart softened from his kiss, and her little temper completely vanished.
A smile curved her lips as she leaned close to his ear, her warm breath brushing against his earlobe. Her voice was soft and gentle, carrying an unconsciously coquettish charm:
"Young Master Chengyu~"
That sound, both obedient and charming, struck straight into Gu Chengyu's heart.
He felt a shiver run through him, and his arms around her waist tightened instantly, as if he wanted to meld her into his very bones.
If it weren't for that annoying cushion, and if it weren't for the fact that she had been thoroughly exhausted last night...
Gu Chengyu breathed a sigh of relief; he wasn't in a hurry.
Be patient for now.
